اجمل اطلاله على الاطلاق
Pros:

الاطلاله ولا الخيال
الفندق حلو و الغرفه الي فيها جاكوزي كبيره و حلوه تتطل على جزر الاميرات كلها
منظر الغروب و الشروق اشي فوق الوصف
احس لازم يكون معك سياره او تستاجر تاكسي لانه ما بعرف كيف ممكن توصله عن طريق المواصلات موقعه عالي شوي
كان في مشكله في التكيف و هذا الي نكد علينا بذات لانه انجبرنا نفتح الشبابيك و ما عرفنا انام من من صوت القطار كل شوي
الموظفه الي هناك اسمها نور تواصلت مع مدير الفندق
و مشكور المدير والله اعتذر بطريقه لطيفه و بعثلنا افطار على الغرفه ( علماً انه حجزي بدون افطار ) و اخبرونا انه بسبب الامطار الغزيره الليله الي مضت تعطل نظام التكيف لكامل الفندق
غير هاي المشكله كان كل اشي بيرفكت
احب اخص بالشكر موظفة الريسبشن الي كانت موجوده فترة الصبح
ما عرفت اسمها لكني اشكر لطفها و ابتسامتها الترحيبيه كلما استقبلت احد الزوار هذا الاشي ما بشوفو في كل مره ازور اسطنبول فيها

Çok memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz
Pros:

Çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel temiz, konforlu ve çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydi. Özellikle güler yüzlü hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler, tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Bi sonraki gelişimde daha uzun kalmayı planlıyorum
Pros:

Çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Otel oldukça temiz ve sessizdi, özellikle ailece konaklamak için çok uygun bir yer. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hem huzurlu hem de rahat bir ortam vardı. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Cons:

Otopark yoktu park bulmak biraz yordu.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama oldu. Otel hem çok temiz hem de oldukça sakin ve huzurluydu. Ailece kalmak için bence gayet güzel bir yer. Pros:

A lovely place to stay with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the area was quiet, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything went smoothly during our stay and we had a great experience overall. Highly recommended for families!

No kitchen, no visitors allowed, poor lift & cleaniness was not compensated by location
Pros:

Location was good but staff and service was very poor. Lift was so small that even two person cant stand properly.

Cons:

Facility has a strange rule that you can not escort your guests to the room and it embarrased us in front of our guests who visited us from the city. When I take up the matter with staff, he instead of understadning, he started showing attitude which was very much disrespectful. Even I mentioned him that this is not appropriate behaviour but he was not ready to make change in his style.
