Efficient, clean and well equipped. Couldn't ask for more.
Pros:

The hotel is located right beside the dock and has a lovely view. The location is quiet and peaceful. As a lone woman travelling on my own, I could and did walk around the dock in the evening for a peaceful walk and feel safe.

Pros:

Plenty to eat for breakfast, though grilled tomatoes would be nice.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn't work, so room was an uncomfortable 25 degrees.

Superb maritime location with hotel to match.
Pros:

Very good value (location), good rail access with amenities (safe maritime area), very helpful staff and very nice restaurant.

Good, comfortable stay for a night or two.
Pros:

I liked the location on the waterfront.

Staff on Reception were very polite and helpful with local information.

The room was clean and comfortable with a view over the water.

Nice area on the ground floor with big windows overlooking the waterfront where one could have a drink or eat. Menu looked good.

There was a few shops and cafes further along the front.

Hotel is very close to Tesco where buses leave from. And the railway station was just opposite so all very handy if using public transport.

Cons:

The air con was difficult to operate and I had difficulty trying to turn off the cold air.
