All very good for my needs
Pros:

Breakfast/restaurants were very good. Service was attentive, helpful, polite and efficient. Security including in the area around the hotel appeared good. The front desk arranged drivers to take me into Antananarivo

Cons:

The swimming pool was not operational when I came through on my way into the country. It had been operational by the time I got back. More importantly the cash machine was not working when I came through on the way in (so few places to get money) but was working by the time I came back through

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and generously sized, with an enormous, wonderfully comfortable bed that made every night incredibly relaxing.

What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding hospitality. From the moment I stepped out of the car upon arrival to my very last day, I was greeted with genuine warmth and impeccable attention. The staff were consistently attentive, gracious, and professional, always going the extra mile with a warm smile and a sincere desire to make my stay memorable.

The culinary experience was equally impressive. The food was absolutely succulent and full of flavor, with the rooftop restaurant being a particular highlight. Dining there was a wonderful experience, combining exquisite food with a beautiful atmosphere and attentive service.

Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, elegance, exceptional cuisine, and genuinely warm hospitality. Despite the small disappointment with the pool temperature, it was a memorable stay, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special and refined experience

My only disappointment was that I was unable to enjoy the swimming pool as much as I had hoped, as the water was quite cold during my stay.
