Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They are always ready to help with anything you need. The food is delicious, and they also have a great tour organizer who can help arrange amazing trips. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

As someone who has traveled to dozens of countries and more than 170 cities worldwide: A fantastic location. A wonderful sea. It is a place where you can enjoy the different shades of blue and the white sands. Attentive and friendly staff. It is a hotel you can choose to stay at around Nungwi and Kendwa. The owner is Turkish; Mr. Mert is very caring and smiling, and we had the chance to meet him in person. He helped us with many things. We found out that they also run a tour agency and organize excursions. We had already arranged our Safari tour to the Selous region before arriving; had we known, we would have booked it through them. For the last day of our Zanzibar-Tanzania tour, we arranged a trip with Mr. Ali to the popular locations on the island.
Its advantages compared to other hotels are that the food is delicious; you can also choose it for lunch and dinner. It was stated that their food is halal, which is very important for Muslims; for example, the famous restaurant right next door served pork. Touts and street vendors cannot approach the premises, which is a very important advantage as it allows you to have an isolated and peaceful holiday. At other beach restaurants and hotels, these types of people can be a nuisance. The staff is warm and attentive.

Cons:

I recommend that people arriving at midnight via Turkish Airlines book a place in the center, in Stone Town, for their first night. We arrived around 5 AM but were only able to check in around 1 PM; this was the biggest downside we experienced.

Pros:

Staff gentile e posizione sul mare.

Cons:

• Camera: Sporca, fatiscente, piena di insetti, shampoo e bagnoschiuma pieni di muffe. Il tutto condito da un odore di fogna.
• Colazione: Menù ridotto e di bassissima qualità.
• Ristorante: Servizio lento e cibo di bassa qualità.
• Terrazza sul mare: Lettini vecchi con teli mare vecchi e sporchi.

Dispiace molto scrivere tale recensione ma corrisponde alla verità. Cercate posti differenti.

Ha una buona posizione, vicino a molti ristoranti e locali e buona parte dello staff è molto gentile

Cons:

Per prima cosa la responsabile che ci ha accolto, quando ci ha chiesto i soldi delle tasse per il soggiorno, non aveva resto da darci nemmeno in scellini. Per tre giorni ha continuato a dire che c’è L avrebbe dato più tardi e alla fine ha fatto finta di niente senza tornarcelo
Le foto che vengono pubblicate non rispecchiano molto la realtà
Il locale avrebbe bisogno di essere un pò rinnovato e per i soldi spesi non vale la pena.
Le porte hanno molti spifferi, gli asciugamani non erano propio puliti e la colazione abbastanza scarsa

Konum harika manzara harika odalar harika, yemekler harika, fiyatlar ucuz,otelin sahibi & yöneticisi harika daha ne olsun.

Un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Ce n’est pas le meilleur hôtel, mais il est loin d’être le pire, bien au contraire.

Les employés sont très, très, très gentils, en particulier Noela.

Merci pour l’agréable séjour passé chez vous.

Un lit plus grand ainsi qu’une moustiquaire plus spacieuse seraient très appréciés.

Pros:

Die Lage war ein Traum. Direkter Blick aufs Wasser und im Zimmer zum einschlafen konnte man das Meeresrauschen hören. Leider hören hier die positiven Punkte auch schon auf.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind verschimmelt und fallen fast auseinander. Verletzungsgefahr!
Sobald ein paar mehr Gäste da sind funktioniert die Elektrizität nicht mehr. Täglich keine AC und Stromausfälle sind Tagesordnung. Haben wir bei 3 Wochen Rundreise nirgends in dem Ausmaß erlebt wie hier.
Das Personal hat keine Ahnung und tut alles mit Ausreden ab.
Karten Zahlung funktioniert nicht. Liegt angeblich am WIFI - Verbindung auf den Handys einwandfrei. Überall anders ist kartenzahlung ohne Probleme möglich - selbst im Mini Markt für 2 Flaschen Wasser.
Beim Frühstück wurde dann vergessen einzukaufen und es war einfach nichts mehr da an Basics wie einem Ei.
Bucht dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall - Abzocke ohne Ende! Booking sollte dieses Hotel auf die Blacklist setzen!

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement le personnel très agréable

Le lit n’est pas confortable, l’épaisseur du matelas est ultra fin pour une suite privée la moustiquaire n’est pas la bonne taille les serviette sont trouer coupure d’électricité 4 fois par jour plus ou moins pas de wifi la connexion est très mauvaise le petit déjeuné est exécrable le café n’en parlons même pas c’est que de l’eau les jus propose au petit dej sont exposée au soleil donc très chaud les rideaux de la chambre ne couvre pas toute la fenêtre lumière du jours des 6h du matin
