Pros:

Grosszügiges sehr schönes Zimmer, zum Innenhof super ruhig. Bequemes eher hartes Bett, dichte Nachtvorhänge. Alles modern und gepflegt. U-Bahn ein Steinwurf entfernt.

Cons:

Die Parfümierung der Lobby hat mich etwas irritiert und dass im Innenhof und auf den Balkonen geraucht werden darf. Da kann man leider das Fenster im Zimmer nicht offenlassen. Decke und Kissen waren mit synthetischem Material gefüllt.

Very disappointing. Luckily the employees in the breakfast are were super nice and friendly.
Pros:

The location was good. It wasn’t super central, but still central enough. The commuter train stopped nearby.
The employees who worked in the breakfast area, as well as those who worked at the bar, were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The floor in our room was quite dirty. There were stains and hairs. And there was dust.
When we arrived the employee at the check in checked us in.
However on the following morning we weren’t on the „breakfast list“, even though we had booked breakfast.
When we came back from our sightseeing tour that day our rooms weren’t cleaned and there were no new towels, even though we had asked for cleaning service when we checked in. So I had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels. I had to wait for quite some time because another guest just got checked in. We just wanted to take a shower after a long day.
The following day was even worse. When we came back from our sightseeing tour we were locked out of our room because none of our key cards would work any more. So I went to the front desk and I was told that we hadn’t paid and that’s why we got locked out. I was shocked because we had given them our credit card at check in. The lady at the front desk didn’t say that they were sorry, so we felt like we had done something wrong which we clearly hadn’t. We would have expected an excuse.
It seems like the lady who was at the front desk when we checked in had made a mistake. It would have been sufficient to say that something must have gone wrong and that they are sorry. But nothing like that happened. We were treated in an unfriendly way like we had done something wrong. We have never in our lives in no other hotel experienced something like that. It’s very disappointing.

היינו בחודש אוגוסט במלון אינדיגו, רשת מוכרת שהיינו בה לא מעט פעמים. המלון מעוצב נהדר, אווירה צעירה וחדשנית ובר בלובי שנראה ממש מגיב. החדרים נקיים והצוות מעולה.
