Pros:

First of all, the staff is super friendly. The hotel design is stunning, making a great first impression. Rooms are spacious and very comfy—mine even had a terrace. The bar and restaurant are also lovely. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, conforto do quarto, amenities, limpeza, iluminação. Café da manhã excepcional. Ônibus e a estação do metro a passos de distância.

Cons:

Equipe de atendimento bar pouco gentil para o padrão do hotel, mas talvez seja uma característica da cidade. De todo modo, não desmerece todo o restante do hotel que é excelente/ acima da média para mesma categoria.

Personel i czystość jak zawsze na 100%
Pros:

Czystość i obsługa personelu, szczególnie Pan Rozbeth.

Cons:

Jedna osoba obsługująca salę na śniadaniu , jak byliśmy rok temu obsługi było więcej i większy był wybór dań z karty.
Jeśli to wynika z ekologii to rozumiem, nie miej jednak jedna osoba jest za bardzo przeciążona obsługując wszystkich gości .
Chłopak i tak super sobie radził.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Personal bei der Bar!!! Sie waren freundlich aber sie waren leider auch sehr langsam und unaufmerksam was Gäste anbetrifft die etwas bestellen wollten.
