Good place to stay, excellent location
Cons:

People on vacation want their room to be cleaned and towels changed. I did not like the “we don’t clean unless you ask” approach, since it leads to errors of rooms not being cleaned.

Good property, good value but I wouldn’t choose this location again and don’t recommend it for first time visitors.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable with nice bedding and a great shower.

Cons:

Not the most efficient air conditioning. Had to switch rooms because first one wasn’t working at all.

Pros:

Свежий ремонт. Кровати хоть небольшие но удобные.

Cons:

Соотношение цена качество не то. Завтрак небольшой выбор. Расположение тоже не из лучших надо добираться до достопримечательностьям минимум на машине 10 15 минут.

Gutes Business Hotel unter vielen in Wien (besser und schlechter)
Pros:

Gute Lage (U-Bahn gleich davor, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, zu Fuss nicht weit zu Naschmarkt)
Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter
Zimmer haben ein bequemes Bett und schönes Bad
Es gibt ein kleines Gym
Relativ neues Hotel
Preis für Anschlussnacht wurde reduziert

Cons:

Beim Hoteleingang/-bar wird automatisch Air Refreshener versprüht, der bei mir Würgereiz auslöst. Deshalb würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Im Hotel inkl. unserem Standardzimmer war es für mein Empfinden zu dunkel (im Zimmer gab’s keine durchgehende Fensterfront sondern einen Betonstreifen und er Mitte zwischen Fenster und schmalem Glasstreifen - ist aber auf Booking.com ersichtlich). Das eine Fenster im Zimmer lässt sich nur kippen, nicht ganz öffnen um Frischluft reinzulassen.
Vor dem Zimmer (138) ist ein kleiner Fussballplatz. Wenn Kinder untertags spielen, hört man den Ball, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.

Das Hotel reinigt Zimmer prinzipiell nur auf Anfrage. Für mich ein NoGo (bei EUR 260 pro Nacht ohne Frühstück während ESC), wenn die Mitarbeiter beim Checkin nicht fragen, ob das ok ist. Immerhin kann man darum bitten, dass täglich gereinigt wird.
Uns haben im Zimmer die Augen gebrannt. Ob das wegen trockener Luft oder Staub war (es gibt Zimmerteppich), kann ich nicht sagen.
Bei der Reinigung wurde das Bett gemacht, Handtücher gewechselt, Wasser und Teebeutel nachgefüllt. Von uns genutzte Tassen und Gläser wurden nicht getauscht.

Das Frühstück für EUR 23 ist ok. Kaffee gut, Biotee verfügbar. Österreichischen Bergkäse statt Gouda, oder Pochierte Eier mit Spinat und Sauce statt nur dem Ei, darf man sich nicht erwarten bei dem Preis. Wir haben es einmal ausprobiert und dann das vielfältige Angebot der Umgebung (Bäckereien, Cafés) genutzt.

Nicely designed hotel, good starting point to explore Vienna
Pros:

Great location near the U-Bahn and in walking distance to nice streets and places.
Well designed interior and everything looked still in good shape. Helpful and friendly staff.
We didn’t go to the breakfast but had a really good coffee at the bar.

Cons:

Room parfum in bar area was too much.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit grünem Garten 🪴
Pros:

Top Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Top Zimmer, das Bett groß und komfortabel. Hervorragendes Angebot beim Frühstück Büfett mit zusätzlicher Auswahl an warmen Speisen auf Bestellung!!!
