Vriendelijk personeel, de kamer was ook dikke prima, alleen de douche is wel aan een opknap beurt toe het is wel schoon alleen best wel verouderd. Verder zou het ontbijt wel iets veelzijdiger mogen zijn.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast is average, the airport shuttle worked well.
Check-in was a nightmare. At first they couldn't find my reservation, then when I produced a printed copy of it they found it only it had changed. My name was misspelled, the room was not what I had ordered. We were given keys, only to find the room was one bed instead of two. Another trip downstairs to get it corrected. The desk clerk struggled with the problem and with communication. I had pre-paid the room but again, no record of it - until I produced proof. We really got off on the wrong foot, but it got better afterwards.
Front desk ladies were extremely nice and accomodating. The bed was good.

This Hotel was Awesome, my friend and I was allowed a early check in due to just getting off the cruise. So we checked in at 10am...then allowed a late check out 12pm..due to our flight...I will definitely revisit this Hotel...also the shuttle ride was FREE...10/10

Parking is tight and compact, and the room smelled strongly of armpit odor. The room they gave us had a broken mirror in the bathroom
The staff
The hallway carpets need to be removed.
The elevator floor and hallway floor do not line up by 1/2 inch. A trip hazard and difficult to move my suitcase
The continental breakfast was great! It was a fair balance of fruits, grains, and the sausages/eggs were great. The best part was the waffle option. I most appreciated the shuttle service, which was on time, and the drivers were really kind.
The lighting was really dark in the room, and it lacked some amenities that I've seen at other hotels I've been to at similar price points, which included not having a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers.
