Tolles Hotel in guter Lage zwischen Bad Godesberg und Bonn

Wir waren zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen und das Hotel auch weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man kommt gut zu den öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln; Parkplaptz am Haus ist positiv;
sehr freundliches Personal; Frühstück ist sehr gut und vollkommend ausreichend;

Cons:

Ausstattung im Bad mit Haken und Ablageflächen ist nicht ausreichend für 2 Personen. Matratzen zu weich, allerdings ist das eher ein persönliches Empfinden;

Pros:

Das kleine Hotel bot einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, ein schönes geräumiges Zimmer und einen tollen großen Duschbereich mit Regendusche. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, nicht zu weich.

Cons:

In dem schönen Bad fehlten mir ausreichende Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kulturbeutel o.ä. für 2 Personen.

An und Räumlichkeiten,, aber die Gesamtkrganisation
Pros:

Aktuell (?) schlechte Organisation. Angeblich wegen Umstellung des ITSystems (Verkauf?) lief einiges schief.

Cons:

Check-in war ca. 23:30 Uhr.
3 MA an der Rezeption.
Das zugeteilte Zimmer (109) war nicht gereinigt und nicht auf bereitet.
Keine Entschuldigung an der Rezeption (unprofessionell), nur Erklären, warum es gerade nicht funktioniere, inzwischen Mitternacht > Zuteilung eines schönen Zimmers, aber der Flur war an früh morgens sehr laut, knallende Tür zum Parkplatz und zum Innenhof (dort auch Frühstückstische).
Eine 2. Schlüsselkarte für Ehepartner musste ich erfragen. Diese hat dann 3x nicht mehr funktioniert (deaktiviert?!), weshalb einer von uns 3x vor verschlossener Tür stand und wieder an Rezeption erklären musste (nervige Zeitverluste!).
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend! Nur einfachste und billigste Ware (Z.B. Mini-Aufbackbrötchen).
Dass ich die 1. Nacht nachträglich dazu gebucht hatte, führte zu Verwirrung im System und der Tagdienst bekam vom Nachtdienst keine Informationen darüber und im System war auch nichts eingegeben worden. Das führte zu etwas mühsamer Erklärung unsererseits und ob wir im selben Zimmer bleiben können usw. ?! > das wirkte alles ziemlich unprofessionell.
Wegen der Umstände, die wir im Ganzen hatten, wurde uns die Parkgebühr von 10€/Nacht freundlicher Weise erlassen, immerhin.

Cons:

Der Innenhof war etwas zu lang geöffnet. Sowohl abends (bis nach 24 Uhr) als auch morgens vor 7 Uhr war es dadurch zu laut und man konnte nicht so gut schlafen.
