Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável, boas instalações, os funcionários são atenciosos e gentis. O café da manhã é bem farto, com opções variadas, frutas e iogurte. A localização é muito boa.

Had to put sign out 4 cleaning, even they say put little jutebag out to receive treats if you don't want cleaning,
They need a storage shelf for clothes in the room, they only provide a small hanging rack, not enough for 2 people
Bathroom vent needs proper cleaning, all dusted in

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, doch dafür schön am Waldrand, ideal für einen Spaziergang. Zimmer nach hinten raus völlig ruhig. Guter Empfang an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Ein bisschen teuer für ein doch eigentlich schlichtes Hotel. Fitnessstudio nicht ausreichend für Sport.

Pros:

The room was very clean and new. The stuff was helpful. Location for me was perfect. Check in and check put process so smooth and easy, great job! The garden was fantastic , I feel like I am at home.

Cons:

I requested a handicapped room and the staff wrote me that the room is assigned to me as handicapped room. The room was large enough I think to allow the wheelchair to pass. However on the bedroom where the biggest risk is valid, there is only 1 chair but no hand bars at all neither in the douche cabin nor around the toilet. It was very hard form me and I was very stressed while I try to take shower. I needed to lay the towel on the floor of the shower to make sure I will not fall by slipping. Also one down side, there is no wardrobe or drawer to put our stuff in. The egg is only as scrambled however better to have at least 1 more option for those who dont eat scrambled eggs.

Ein Ort, der eher ein Zuhause ist.
Pros:

Im Hotel fühlte ich mich sofort zu Hause, Es ist ruhig, chillig, sauber, es gibt ein Klavier für einsame Nächte und ein paar Getränke und Snacks, wenn man sehr spät anreist und noch Nachts etwas tippen oder arbeiten muss.
Die Sauberkeit ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.
Wenn man zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn kommt, ist es etwas gruselig nachts durch das Wohnviertel zu laufen. Doch es gibt die üblichen Share Bikes, wenn das Gepäck darauf passt. Für Autofahrer ist es Bestens geeignet.

Sehr aufmerksames Rezeptionspersonal

Cons:

Das Frühstückspersonal sollte ausgebildet werden. Der Gast sollte im Vordergrund stehen. Die Reinigung und Nachbestückung von Tassen, … bis zur Reinigung der Flächen braucht System.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist cool und modern eingerichtet und so sauber, dass es wirkt wie frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Knusprige Brötchen, frisches Obst und Gemüse, Sprossen, Müsli, Nüsse, Trockenfrüchte, Kuchen, Säfte... vieles davon in Bio-Qualität. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr weich und bei über 30 Grad wäre eine Klimaanlage hilfreich gewesen. Das Hotel ist relativ weit weg vom Zentrum. Ansonsten nichts zu meckern.
