Pros:

צוות נחמד מאד, הכל נקי ומסודר. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומזינה. החניה נוחה ולא יקרה.
שטח ציבורי יפה, נקי ונעים - גם בלובי, גם מטבחון לשימוש עצמי וגם בגג המלון. יש ספות, שמיכות, ומזרני יוגה.
בהחלט מתכננת להגיע שוב כשאצטרך להגיע לתל אביב בהמשך :) תודה רבה.

השירות שקיבלנו לפני הגעתינו למקום, היה מאוד מסביר פנים וברור

Cons:

המקלחת והשירותים לא היו מאווררים וגם לא נקיים מספיק. ריח לא נעים במקלחת.
החדר היה קצת מאובק

חוויה טובה נשמח לחזור בחופשה הבאה שלנו. חדר נחמד שמספיק ללינה קצרה.
Pros:

חדר נקי, מיטה נוחה
רופטופ עם נוף מהמם ונעים לשהייה.
פינקו אותנו ביציאה מאוחרת בשבת ללא תשלום נוסף.
צוות זמין ששמח לעזור.
מכונת קפה מפנקת בקבלה.

Cons:

לא היה לנו מקרר בחדר, הקישור שהיה אמור לפתוח את שער החנייה לא עבד לנו ולכן כל יציאה וכל כניסה היינו צריכים ליצור קשר עם הצוות.

מאכזב. מזכיר אכסניה. ישן ואין תמורה למחיר. תחפשו טוב יותר ותמצאו מלון באותו מחיר או ב-50 ש״ח יותר.

מדובר במקום שמזכיר אכסניה. חדר המקלחת צפוף, קטן ומבייש. ארוחת הבוקר לא מתאימה לילדים. שביקשנו מלפפונים בצד ליד נעננו בשלילה.

המיקום היה נוח, פקידת הקבלה הייתה נחמדה מאוד וניסתה לעזור ככל שיכלה

Cons:

בהזמנה שדרגנו את החדר וקבלנו חדר רגיל. החדר קטן, שזה לא נורא, אבל המיטה קצרה ולא מתאימה למי שבגובה יותר מ 170. לאחר הבירור עם הקבלה החליפו לנו לחדר סביר. בערב כשחזרנו לחדר ראינו שחדר המקלחת לא היה נקי.
ארוחת הבוקר המוזמנת מוגשת בבית קפה צמוד וכוללת שתי פרוסות לחם יבש עם ממרחים שונים מעט ירקות וכוסית מיץ... אין שום הצדקה למחיר

מצעים לא נקיים, עם כתמים, לא היה ברור שלתשלום יש תוספת של 50.8 שח לשרות חדר, כמו כן חוייבתי ב70 שח על חניה, למרות שבפרוט העלות הינה 60 שח. גם צריך להוסיף מידע על ארוחת בוקר כמו איך מתנהל ומה כולל.
