The walls in the room were moldy, there wasn’t a mosquito net at the windows
A horrible smell from the bathroom, we had to sleep w windows open
One socket was broken, i’ve put a charger in it and it made a noise…. We told the receptionist but i don’t think they didn’t care that much 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

J’ai réservé et payé cet hôtel en ligne via Booking. À aucun moment avant mon arrivée, il n’était indiqué que le petit-déjeuner ne serait pas servi dans l’hôtel.

Une fois installé, on m’a informé que le petit-déjeuner était servi dans un autre hôtel, situé à environ 15 minutes à pied, ou à 7 minutes en tramway (à mes frais). C’est inacceptable. Marcher tous les matins dans les rues très pentues d’Istanbul est fatigant, surtout lorsqu’on s’attend à un service inclus dans l’hôtel où l’on séjourne.

Pendant tout mon séjour, je ne suis allé prendre le petit-déjeuner qu’une seule fois. Lorsque je suis arrivé vers 9 h, il ne restait presque plus rien. Je ne vois donc pas l’intérêt de faire ce trajet chaque matin pour un petit-déjeuner aussi décevant.

Concernant le ménage, il n’était pas réalisé correctement. La chambre n’était pas bien organisé après ma première nuitée et avec le soin attendu, et le lit n’était pas confortable ce qui a également affecté mon expérience. Sans oublier le TV qui ne marche pas bien ni YouTube ni CHAÎNES .

Je pense que les clients devraient être clairement informés avant la réservation que le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un autre établissement. Cette information est essentielle et aurait pu influencer mon choix.

Needs a bit refreshing but still nice. I wish I knew sooner that the breakfast would be served in sister hotel, since this has been known for a while. Have no problem with it, but when you are tight on time to catch a plane in the morning, 10 min walk to the breakfast place might make a difference.

Dos cosas: 1) el desayuno lo dan en otro hotel a unos diez minutos andando, no he ido ni un día porque no facilita la logística matutina. 2) El edificio de al lado tiene un gallo y es imposible dormir a partir de las 5am, si bien no es algo que el hotel pueda controlar, es muy molesto.

Tisztaság és takarítás hiánya. A személyzet viselkedése- egy fiatal lány volt, aki kedves volt nagyon, a többiek kifejezetten lekezelőek voltak.

Az érkezés előtt 1 nappal jelezték, hogy a 10 percre lévő hoteljükben lesz lehetőség a reggelizésre. Ez a hotel gyors tempóban is 15 perc távolságra volt. A reggeli minősége, változatossága és vendégeknek kihelyezett mennyisége pedig szinte értékelhetetlen.

A szobák felszereltek voltak, de a tárgyak nem látták el a megfelelő funkciókat. Csatorna nélküli tv, nem működő hajszárító, nem égő villany.

A fürdőből szinte állandó jelleggel kellemetlen szag áradt.

Kiemelném még, hogy panaszt tettem, a levelemre pedig nem érkezett még válasz.

Booked this unit specifically due to the rooftop restaurant facilities it had advertised on Booking.com, only to find out that the entire rooftop was demolished so i had to walk 15 minutes away to a sister hotel for the offered breakfast. 2/5 powerpoints worked in the room. AC did not do anything. Tv turned on but didnt connect to anything. Showerhead was half working, blocked in most parts. All pillows were huge and hard.
