Non mi piaciuto il comportamento del ragazzo in accoglienza in più fatto per fare colazione dovevo spostarmi in un'altro hotel che lontano cerca 15 Min a piedi . Ma in quel hotel il personale ottimo avrai scelto dara che molto meglio

Colazione in altro albergo!
Pros:

La posizione è top!! Vicino alla linea del tram, e quindi vicino a tutte le attrazioni.

Cons:

Vicino l'hotel c'è un pollaio su un tetto, e la mattina presto si sente il gallo.
La doccia non ha il box. la colazione si fa all'esterno in un altro albergo, a 800 m, perché la terrazza pubblicizzata non è accessibile. Questa informazione l'abbiamo ricevuta quando stavamo arrivando!

It was close to all the touristic attractions. Fine breakfast. Room was small, but nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was served in another hotel 15min walking from this one and we were informed about that when we came, not before that. Room was clean, but the ceiling was demaged due to the rain or something similar.

Jó elhelyezkedés, a Bazártól rövid sétára, a Kék mecset, Agia Sofia kicsit messzebb, de gyalogosan is elérhető helyen volt.
Az ágy kényelmes volt, végig volt melegvíz. Pont jó hőmérséklet volt.

Resepsiyonda çalışan herkes mükemmeldi çok arkadaş canlısı insanlardı bize her konuda yardımcı oldular gerek yol bağlantılarını çözmemizde gerek odada bozulan şeyin anında tamir edilmesiyle gerek sohbetleriyle kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Onlar olmasaydı İstanbul’da bir çok zorluk yaşayabilirdik çok minnettarız. Temizlik süperdi ve su ısıtıcısı için teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı dahil alırsanız diğer otelde kalsanız bile sizi diğer otellerine yönlendiriyorlar ve Otelin kahvaltısı çok zengindi çok temizdi ve işletmecileri harika hoş sohbet insanlar. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Очень хорошее расположение — все достопримечательности, Голубая мечеть и Гранд-базар находятся в пешей доступности. Очень чистый и красивый номер, ежедневная уборка. Персонал суперприятный, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь. Качество обслуживания намного выше цены — отель превзошёл все ожидания за такую стоимость

Cons:

Am avut o experiență neplăcută legată de serviciile de curățenie. Am lăsat prosoapele murdare pe jos, conform obiceiului, însă camerista nu a făcut curățenie în cameră și, în mod inexplicabil, am primit cu 2 prosoape mai puțin la schimb. Am semnalat situația într-un mod politicos, explicând că nu știam exact procedura, însă problema nu a fost rezolvată de către persoana responsabilă de curățenie.

În final, prosoapele necesare mi-au fost oferite de la recepție, unde personalul a fost amabil și a încercat să remedieze situația. Din păcate, colaborarea cu serviciul de housekeeping nu a fost satisfăcătoare și consider că ar trebui îmbunătățită comunicarea și modul de lucru.

Distanța față de bazar.

Cons:

Din păcate, experiența nu a fost una plăcută. Curățenia nu a fost făcută corespunzător, iar camera a rămas practic necurățată. În plus, prosoapele curate au fost puse pe vasul de toaletă în timpul schimbării lor, lucru total neigienic și neprofesionist.

Cons:

Femeia de la curățenie nu a făcut efectiv curat, doar a schimbat prosoapele. Pe jos a rămas mizerie încă de când am venit, iar pe toată durata șederii curățenia a fost jalnică. Din păcate, condițiile au fost mult sub așteptări.
