The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully designed, with a classy and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, with large and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is also excellent, with a wide and varied selection.

Cons:

The hotel itself is beautiful and the gems in the room are a fun and exciting activation that adds something special to the experience. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the bar with them, the service didn’t really match that feeling. The staff seemed unhappy and not very welcoming, which made the two experiences feel a little disconnected. Overall, it’s a lovely concept, but warmer hospitality would make the experience staying at this beautiful hotel feel much more complete.

Ondanks een paar kleine minpuntjes toch aangenaam verblijf gehad in Antwerpen met dochter.
Pros:

Comfortabele kamers. Aangenaam verblijf. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Veel keuze in het ontbijt maar had wel meer verwacht naar kwaliteit toe. Toch ook wel wat geluidshinder van aanpalende kamer.

Nous sommes déçus de notre expérience. Ne correspond pas au standing d'un 4 étoiles.
Cons:

Odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bains, manque d'équipements et de confort. Boutons d'éclairage très mal placés (à l extérieur des sanitaires et derrière les portes). Aucun endroit pour suspendre ses serviettes et pas de placard utilisable.

Het ontbijt. Niet het personeel bij het ontbijt, maar het eten.

Cons:

Het personeel. Bijna niemand sprak echt Nederlands, was afstandelijk, en kwamen opdienen tegen hun zin.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and an easy walking distance from the train and to the old town area. This was just a quick stopover after flying into Amsterdam, but we loved the area and history. We didn't include the breakfast because we aren't big eaters in the morning but it looked fabulous.
