Een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtig hotel op een perfecte locatie.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie voor ons korte uitstapje naar Antwerpen! Prachtig hotel, ruime kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Rustige ligging en toch middenin het centrum. Fijn om zowel een bad als een douche te hebben. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid. Er was zelfs nog een extra kaartje met gerechten die à la carte besteld konden worden!

Cons:

Het enige dat wat tegenviel waren de bedden. Ze waren iets te zacht voor ons en aan mijn kant van het bed zat een kuil in de matras waar ik steeds inrolde... Omdat al het andere uitstekend was, heb ik ons gehele verblijf toch een 10 gegeven!

The location and the vibe in the terrace is nice.
All staff was very helpful especially Sijne who was really exceptional and very patient. Thank you Sijne.

Cons:

The AC in the rooms should give more cooling and cleaning can be better.
It would also be helpful if the front desk had more knowledge about the configuration of the rooms.
