The one room was a bit dirtier than we would have liked.

My card for the door keep deactivate because it was near my phone .

We booked the room for 6 people, but it only had 2 beds and was stocked with just 2 towels. When we asked the cleaning staff for more towels, they told us to go to the front desk. The front desk then sent us back to the cleaning staff. After going back and forth, we were only given 2 additional towels, leaving us still short by 2. Thankfully, I had purchased extra towels the day before, or our family would have been without enough.
Another inconvenience was the deposit refund process. To get your deposit back, you have to wait outside the lobby while an employee walks all the way to the farthest building to inspect your room and then returns. This took extra time and isn't ideal when you're trying to get back on the road during a family trip.
There were also several road closures and detours in the area, which made getting around a little frustrating.

There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, there was no kleenex box & the kitchenette did not have any creamer for the coffee maker.

It was scary and not a place for families. A men came to our door at 23:00 (11pm) knocking and asking for food. The receptionist didn’t attend in person, and with him there was a police (security person). I would never recommend to any person.

The area seemed a little sketchy.

THERE WAS NO ROOM FOR US WHEN WE ARRIVED EVEN THOUGH WE'D BOOKED WITH BOOKING .COM PUT IN A CREDIT CARD HAD A RESERVATION NUMBER. THE WOMAN BEHIND GLASS PANELS WITH A SPACE TO PUT CARDS MONEY ETC LIKE SOMETHING FROM A STORE THAT GETS ROBBED REGULARLY TOLD US THAT THERE WAS NO ROOM BOOKED FOR US EVEN WHEN SHE ACKNOWLEDGEDTHE RESERVATION, WITH AN EXPLANATION ABOUT DIFFERANT SYSTEMS THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND, NO HELP WHATSOEVER.. WE HAD TO FIND A MOTEL 6 IN A STANGE TOWN JUST OFF THE PLANE AT 5.30PM. PHONED THE HEAD OFFICE SAME RUN AROUND A WOMAN TOLD US WE COULD HAVE A ROOM FOR $160 WHEN OUR BOOKING WAS FOR $84. MOTEL LOOKED SEEDY DOORS SCRAPPED AND DIRTY, WE SAID IF YOU CAN OFFER $160 WHY CAN'T YOU GIVE US THE ROOM WE RESERVED, THE PHONE WAS THEN CUT OFF-WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE THE WORST WE'VE EVER HAD WHEN TRAVELING ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD..
& THEN !!!!!!!!!THEY THEN CHARGED OUR CARD FOR THE $84+ WHICH WE OBVIOUSLY DECLINED THROUGH OUR CC COMPANY
JUST THE WORST

The cable kept going out on my other half while he tried to watch his shows (I thought it was funny, because I dont really like his choice of shows). The shower ( its not the property managers fault) it's one of those round ones, is so small, you could become claustrophobic. The washers weren't working, it filled the tub with water then drained it, never washed or spun so we had to get our clothes out soaking wet. (We are heading to the laundrymat to wash them) we received no refund for the 6.00 spent and the young man at the desk didn't know what to do. ( not really his fault, you learn stuff as it happens, sometimes)
