Pros:

Всё отлично . Постель, подушки , косметика .
Завтраки , можно дополнительно заказать омлет , очень вкусно . Но таблички с меню не на всех столах . Шампанское . Рядом остановка экскурсионного автобуса Hop on Hop off, можно экономить на такси . Шикарный вид на мост, с нашего номера.

Stunning hotel,
Pros:

The layout and rooms were modern clean and very spacious.

Cons:

The bar closed quite early and drinks were not allowed to be ordered to rooms while we were there. The booking of the rooftop was a bit confusing as we thought as paying customers we could come up anytime but we were quickly refused a couple of times. We were there alongside a huge party which was ok when we had booked but I think this must be explained to people on arrival to avoid disappointment.
The staff unfortunately were not so friendly in the main restaurant area bar a couple of young bar staff and service was continuously very slow. (We waiting 35 minutes for a cocktail when it wasn’t busy at all)
Some staff members however were very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble especially with concierge.
What would have made our experience better was if staff were a little more pleasant and quicker to serve customers.

Infelizmente para um hotel de 5 estrelas ficou muito aquém das expectativas. Os lençóis do quarto estavam encardidos e as toalhas estavam em péssimo estado. Durante a noite fomos até ao bar para beber um copo e por faltar 15 min para o fecho não nos serviram o que queríamos. E para piorar foi me cobrado o valor do quarto mais 50€, mesmo depois de eu ter feito o pagamento no booking e passado uma semana o valor não foi reposto na minha conta.

Cons:

The customer service was below expectations! :(
At arrival, we were surprised that we can’t get an extra bed for the kids, only the sofa bed was available (although at the time of booking we specified that we are a family of four).
Also although we enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast buffet, some of the staff working there were unfriendly.

Completely blown away!
Pros:

The Hyatt Regency at Lisbon was a great deal with points, so I wasn't expecting much. We went in expecting it to be a mid-level property, but it was well beyond expectations. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The rooms were stunning and spacious. The entire hotel was a decor inspiration, and I even took photos for a future bathroom renovation. The location especially, close to the water, multiple groups of cute shops, very very walkable, and near multiple important office buildings, was a relief. I came with hopes of a clean bed, and I left very impressed with the hotel and with Lisbon in general. I highly recommend!
*We didn't have a chance to try breakfast, but both the cafe and dinner were very delicious and had multiple vegetarian options - tricky in Portugal.
