Hyatt Regency Lisbon

The Hyatt Regency at Lisbon was a great deal with points, so I wasn't expecting much. We went in expecting it to be a mid-level property, but it was well beyond expectations. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The rooms were stunning and spacious. The entire hotel was a decor inspiration, and I even took photos for a future bathroom renovation. The location especially, close to the water, multiple groups of cute shops, very very walkable, and near multiple important office buildings, was a relief. I came with hopes of a clean bed, and I left very impressed with the hotel and with Lisbon in general. I highly recommend!
*We didn't have a chance to try breakfast, but both the cafe and dinner were very delicious and had multiple vegetarian options - tricky in Portugal.

Nice hotel with modern large clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice. Location is a bit out the way but still ok. Only major let down was sadly my room had no towels in it and I had to ask 3 times to get a towel. Bar that I would recommend the property.

Beautiful hotel but wish to give an extra special mention to Anna on the rooftop bar who looked after our group so well. Nothing was too much trouble and went the extra mile every night for all of us. A key member of staff should be highly recognised for her leadership and care of her customers.
Another special mention to Bashy who continuously every day ensured we got any help needed with efficiency and speed. He continuously offered his knowledge of the area and help in any aspect during our time at the hotel. A very knowledgable member of staff who in my opinion should be in a managerial role as he is what every staff member should achieve to be.
Rooms were spacious, food was impeccable and will definitely return. Thank you again!

Clean, nice rooms, spacious, nice reception staff. Diogo was fantastic and took his time to explain to us and go through the city’s hidden food gems and places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon and would happily return. The hotel is modern, beautiful, and in a great location.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was how well-equipped it was. It included a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and minibar, making it feel like a home away from home. There was also plenty of closet space, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, and a large balcony where we could relax after a day of sightseeing.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The warmth and professionalism of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Their kindness made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Lisbon to anyone visiting the city, especially families or travelers planning a longer stay who would appreciate the extra space and apartment-style amenities.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy and seamless. Our room was large, spotlessly clean, and featured exceptionally comfortable beds, with the daily housekeeping team doing a fantastic job keeping everything fresh. Throughout our entire stay, the staff was absolutely amazing—there was always someone everywhere you looked, ready to help and answer any questions with a smile.We also absolutely loved the location. It sits in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that offers beautiful bridge views while remaining right near public transport. Best of all, it is within easy walking distance to both Pastéis de Belém and Santini gelato. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon for a week and loved the experience. The general set up of the hotel could almost calm a tired traveller. The room was very clean and tidy and maintained on a daily basis. Housekeeping and room service were excellent. The mini bar in the room was a bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to choose a place to stay in Lisbon. Let me finish by saying that the reception staff were very friendly and always served with a smile.

Gorgeous hotel, great location. The family suites are exquisite, staff goes above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent.
