Hyatt Regency Lisbon

Breakfast was great. Need more singke or double only tables.

Bel hotel , situé à coté du palais des congres donc si congres a coté hyper pratique sinon assez loin du centre ville de Lisbonne ! Le petit déjeuné complet et avec un tres large choix ! le plus : cafés à emportés

-The concierges are so wonderful they planned the best day trip to Sintra for us- the driver was so fun and professional we had a great day. They also made great dinner reservations for us and were pleasant and always prompt to reply.
-The room was clean and the entire hotel seems new and clean
-We got a 2 bedroom Hyatt regency apartment river view with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms that came with a kitchen with a fridge & washer & dryer which we really needed after a week in Spain at a hotel with no washer/ dryer!!
-The view was not the best I have had but this hotel cost 1/4 of what we spent at our hotel in Spain and I was relieved to arrive in Lisbon and "stop the bleeding". We could see the river and the bridge though from the balconies just off to the RT and it was pretty. Just our main view was of the convention center but that is ok as I knew it was a possibility.
-Icon the rooftop bar was fun and has amazing views
-Housekeeping was not great even though we tipped them every day. Had to beg for hand towels, etc
-Viceversa great- sit outside if the weather is nice on that nice patio.
-I was happy we stayed a short 20 minute uber ride outside of old Lisbon as it was easy to get down there and friends have told me the old hotels down there are not as comfortable.
-Overall I was very pleased
-EVERYONE was really friendly (except housekeeping but I understand a tough job)

This hotel is large and spacious. Situated right across from the main river and beautiful bridge. Jessica at the front desk was exceptional. Warmest greeting and spoke english very well. She upgraded us and also gave us free drink tickets to use at the main bar. She made us feel very special.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Lisbon and would highly recommend anyone coming to visit Lisbon. From emails before our arrival answering questions to check in and every day, the staff and concierge were so welcoming, friendly and willing to help. We were impressed with our suite, attentiveness to details at the reception, in the rooms, and more. We really enjoyed staying in this area as it was nice to be away from the steep roads of downtown Lisbon. We loved the breakfast every morning as well. Overall, a great stay with superb hospitality and service!

The hotel itself is nice, with modern and clean rooms, a good location, and a decent breakfast. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

However, the rooftop bar experience was disappointing. The dress code felt quite inconsistent: my girlfriend was not allowed in wearing flip-flops, but when she changed into a different pair of designer sandals, it suddenly was no problem. To then arrive to the rooftop seeing other guests wearing flipflops. I felt like being on candid camera.

Later, a DJ started playing reggaeton music (wether you like this style of music for a cocktailbar is subjective) at such a high volume that we could no longer have a normal conversation. I politely asked whether the volume could be lowered a little, but was told this was “not possible.” When I mentioned to the manager that music should add to the atmosphere rather than make it difficult to enjoy a drink, I was again told it was simply “policy.” Such experience does not deserve 5* in my opinion.

It is a shame, because the hotel itself has a lot going for it. But for us, the overly strict and inflexible approach at the rooftop bar took away from the experience.

Hyatt helped us last minute get 2 nights that were unplanned because another hotel was not suitable.
Service in every department was great and I'd return again if in the area.

Convenient location, clean, and staff was very attentive.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and a great location. The evening cocktails were excellent, and some members of the staff were very professional and friendly.

Hyatt Regency is nice inside with very friendly staff who are responsive. The room was clean but HVAC system was challenging to use and water filtration unit was not working. We had a river view but also what looked like an abandoned parking lot next to us. Location not ideal to historic downtown and a bit noisy due to location right beside the train lines.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept very well during our stay.

The breakfast was varied and very good with a nice selection of food.

Diogo gave us a wonderful welcome at check-in. He explained everything we could enjoy during our stay and gave us very helpful recommendations for excellent restaurants and the best ways to get around Lisbon. He made us feel as if we had a relative at the reception desk because he genuinely cared so much about our wellbeing and comfort.

The staff member at the rooftop bar was also exceptionally service-minded. It was always a pleasure to come there, enjoy the atmosphere, and admire the beautiful view.

The staff are very helpful and kind. The roof top service is amazing. Would this all over again!
