Pros:

The staff, specifically the front desk staff are EXCELLENT!! Always friendly, always informative and providing insight on the best way to maneuver the city.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. And that may be my perception as I thought thete would be more Turkish breakfast options available and less Westernized fare.

Hotel should improve service quality.

Disappointing experience regarding service and value. The breakfast staff was inattentive and the selection was limited. The high price is not justified by the quality provided. Additionally, the hotel failed to provide an invoice upon checkout despite our repeated requests. And Outside noise is leaking in through the windows; the window handles need to be overhauled and repaired.

Персонал хороший. Просили поменять номер, без проблем поменяли. Убираются тоже регулярно, но не тщательно

Cons:

Номера уже уставшие хотя вроде бы гостиница новая. Ремонт очень простой но дизайн хороший. Также если номер выходит на проезжую часть то готовьтесь слушать очень громкие молитвы и сначала машин с проезжей части.
Завтраки никакие. Есть просто нечего. Перебивался кексиками.

Great location with excellent staff, and reasonably priced quality accommodation.
Pros:

Great breakfast that was good and nourishing. Excellect staff who enjoyed their work, and were most helpful with any assistance you may require. Our room was a good size with an excellent king size bed. Well located to visit all the sights with tram and underground nearby.

Excellent clean and calm place with close proximity to all the attractions.
Pros:

Location is very practical, at Aksaray, with Blue Mosque just 4 stations away by tram. Tram, Metro, Bus & Taxi all 5 minute walk. There are lot of eateries and stores around.

The hotel is nice, clean and calm. Lobby is very welcoming place with complementary coffee, tea and infused water 24/7. The management team and staff are charm to interact with. Every request is taken care with professionalism. Starting with pickup from airport to check-in every thing was organised and quick. Our twin bed room was on 3rd floor facing main road. Soundproofing was excellent. Room was cleaned everyday, towels and linen also refreshed everyday. Clean toilet with hot water.As for the breakfast frankly it was the best I had in many years, choice of fruits, olives, cheese, breads etc. It ticked all the boxes I had expected.

Cons:

Our room was not equipped with a Wardrobe, just a hanger rail. Secondly toothbrush & toiletries were not provided. So you need to carry or buy from near stores.

Персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда поможет. Расположение отеля для первого раза в стамбуле отличное, на трамвае Т1 можно доехать до многих достопримечательностей. Завтрак очень вкусный.

Отель в целом произвёл положительное впечатление. Несмотря на более раннее прибытие относительно установленного времени заезда, администрация оперативно разместила нас без дополнительных условий — это говорит о высоком уровне сервиса. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный. В номере соблюдена чистота. Завтраки хорошие, достаточно разнообразные. Отдельная благодарность за комплимент от отеля - фруктовая корзина.

Недостатки:
В качестве пожелания — отсутствие банных халатов в номере. В остальном замечаний нет.
