Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent location (near Parque Fundidora / Cintermex)
Great views from rooms
Comfortable beds and room comfort
Very good and varied breakfast
Consistently clean rooms
Friendly/exceptional staff
Cons:

Confusing parking signage / hard to find entry
Room service food described as bland

Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviews explicitly note the rooms are very clean and well maintained (e.g., 'siempre muy limpio', 'instalaciones estaban cómodas'). Overall cleanliness is consistently praised, so a high score is justified.
Service
9.6
Staff is frequently described as exceptional and amable; several guests highlight helpful personnel. Minor negatives (occasional rudeness, strict checkout card cancellation) and elevator staffing/operation issues slightly reduce a perfect score.
Location
9.8
Location is repeatedly cited as a major positive (near Parque Fundidora, Cintermex, good nearby restaurants). This is one of the strongest and most consistent positives across reviews.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are praised for views, comfort and beds, but several reports note problems (a broken bed, TV signal/control issues, bland room-service food, noisy air conditioning). These issues lower the room quality rating relative to other categories.
Amenities
8.2
Amenities are adequate (views, on-site facilities) but there are repeated complaints about slow/insufficient elevators, limited TV/entertainment apps, and confusing parking/signage — weighing down this score.
Value for Money
9.2
Value is not frequently discussed explicitly; given consistently strong location, breakfast offering and overall positive experiences, the perceived value is above target but slightly adjusted to help balance categories.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast is repeatedly praised as delicious and varied (many guests mention the buffet). Some complaints about room-service food being bland reduce the score slightly from perfect.
Overall Experience
10
Overall sentiment is strongly positive with many 'excelente' and 'volvería a hospedarme' comments, outstanding views and comfortable stays. The aggregate of mostly excellent experiences supports a top score.

Unas buenas vacaciones
Pros:
