قريب من المطاعم والعاملين ممتازين لكن التنظيف ليس يومي والقيمه مرتفعه بالنسبه لحجم قيمة إيجار الغرفه
لم يعجبني النظافه ليست يوميا ولم تنظف الغرفه من يوم دخلناها إلى أن غادرنا للأسف الشقه بالدور الأول لاتوجد تسويه كافيه للشقه
من حسن حظي اني سكنت في كلا الفرعين التابعين لمجموعةBayMari Suites Plus Florya وكلا الفرعين نالا اعجابي واعتمدت هذا المكان للاقامه حينما اعود لاسطنبول في المستقبل بدون اي تردد لانه لبى جميع متطلباتي في نوعية السكن نظيف جدا واسع استقبال رااااائع وخاصة بتواجد الاخت زينه التي اجابت على كل تسأولتنا حول المنطقه وخاصة اني اول مره اسكن في هذه المنطقه الجميله جدا فلوريا وساحل فلوريا وبحر فلوريا ومن حسن حظي ان مكان الاقامه هذا جميل جدا بجمال حي فلوريا وبالمناسبه حينما تسكن هنا فانت على شارع فيه كل ماتحتاجه من كافيهات ومطاعم وسوبر ماركت اسمه مجروس مشهور في تركيا
كل شي كان رااااائع
اعجبني كل شيء شقة جميله جدا جدا نظيفة جدا جدا مجهزه بكل شيء لمن يريد الطبخ قبل هذا استقبال رااااائع من الاخت الموجوده في الاستقبال وكذلك الاخ خالدوالاخت زينه بالتأكيد ساعود اليها خاصة انها في منطقة راقيه في اسطنبول اسمها فلوريا بالمناسبه هم يمتلكون اكثر من فرع في هذه المنطقه وكلها على مستوى عالي من النظافه وقريبه من البحر هذا الفرع قريب منه مول يضم كافيهات وسوبر ماركت كبير فيه كل ماتحتاجه يبعد اقل من 200متر الخلاصة انصح بشدةبالسكن في هذه الشقق الفندقيه الرااااااقيه جدا وتلبي جميع متطلبات العائله

Beautiful, green and peaceful area with many shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk, several parks and beaches within a 10-15 minute walk.
Good modern two bedroom apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, Wi-Fi with fast internet, very comfortable beds - in short, everything to make you feel at home.
Kind and responsive staff who speak good English.
Free coffee, tea and water are available at the reception - a small thing, but nice:)
In one bedroom there was only one bedside lamp and one socket.
Very clean place, great staff working there. Very helpful and polite. They were ready to help with everything. Also, the location is very good, lots of restaurants and shops around

хорошое расположение, 10 минут пешком до метро marmaray. есть паркинг. вокруг множество кафе и магазинов. очень вежливый персонал, готовы помочь с любыми вопросами по размещению, или вызову такси.

Good location, easy to find, close to the Marmaray station. There is private parking. The boy on the reception was very polite. The apartment is well equipped.
The rooms are smaller than it looks on the pictures.
