訂房時有跟飯店說是壽星，有獲得壽星小禮。早餐券販售是指定日期的，一定要爬起來吃，過期不能擇日使用，應該是為了計算準備份量的緣故。整體住起來滿舒適的！
Pros:

房間滿乾淨的，大廳提供的一次性備品也很豐富(有面膜跟入浴劑），櫃檯人員服務親切、有禮，浴缸一個人泡空間很夠，冷氣很涼。
附近步行可達便利商店跟24小時超市，消夜、小酌沒煩惱。

Cons:

有於指定時間前在門上貼要跟換浴巾，但沒有被更換。
入住前(已線上刷卡房間費用)有請飯店協助訂餐廳(在台灣訂不到)，但飯店回應入住後才能協助，Check-in時請櫃檯人員幫忙，就馬上訂到了，有吃到還是很開心。

Excelente elección para Kyoto
Pros:

Todo. Maravilloso, en reflexión nos habló un chico en español, las camas super cómodas, habitación espaciosa y comunicada con la de nuestras hijas, por lo que teníamos 2 baños. Abajo detalles de cortesía tales como gomas de pelo, cepillos de dientes, bastoncillos, mascarillas faciales, etc... Y el desayuno japonés, que te puede gustar más o menos pero era muy variado. Un lujo para nuestro descanso. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Gostei muito. No geral a rede Sotetsu é bem boa. Funcionários bem simpáticos, quarto de tamanho normal, padrão do Japão. Gostamos de tudo

必要最高限なビジネスホテル
Pros:

無料の会員登録をするとチェックアウト時間を12時にしてもらえました。スタッフの方もとても丁寧で、施設も新しく快適に過ごせました。また朝食がとても美味しかったです。
清水五条は京都の中心部よりすこし外れていますが、周辺には魅力的なお店ができ始めていて、滞在にはとてもよい場所だと感じます。

Cons:

チェックアウト時間と清掃時間が重なっており、チェックアウト時の館内がすこし騒がしい。
