Clean! Luxurious, location is not with traffic jam and is 5 mins walk to mid valley Southkey mall. It’s my favourite destination hotel to stay. Their service is excellent! I had a great time at the pool bar, lounge bar and breakfast as always.
There’s no robe…
The hotel is so clean. And I have to really commend the hotel staff for being so welcoming, professional and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay there!

The staff were polite and attentive. They were able to meet our requests within 5-10 minutes and wherever possible. They had a great breakfast and the food was delicious. It was nearby to Mid Valley and had shuttle services hourly.
The doors were pretty hard to close and some of the locks were not tightly fixed (we had 3 rooms in total).
Breakfast was good. The staff were thoughtful to bring down the blinds when the sun started to shine into the dining hall. There was a staff walking around making balloon animals and flowers for the young and the young at heart. Was also surprised that the bar, situated next to the breakfast restaurant, had papers and colouring materials for kids to doodle at the tables in the morning.

I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff. BUT the check in was very dissatisfactory. I was told that the hotel was fully booked because of the long holiday and this had resulted in a chain effect in delayed check in. Really disappointed to hear this after waiting for 2 hours to get our rooms after registration around 3.30pm By the time we got to our rooms, it was already 5.40pm!
Service is good, they do try to improve the guest experience by small touches which we greatly appreciate such as providing color pencils and paper for coloring at lobby area, having balloon sculptor at breakfast. Location is near the Mall and everything else that has good food. I must greatly compliment the BED and PILLOWS. Easily one of the most comfortable ones I've slept on comparable with 5* hotels standard
Our hotel room toilet door cannot close. Also UnderSink mount beneath the marble top has holes, mould and a cockroach emerged from it. We also expected room service but it didn't tidy up our room. although the second room we booked was tidied, they didn't replenish new floor towels and insufficient face towels.
