Pros:

Location is good. Near Midvalley Southkey. Walking distance.

Cons:

The bathroom could have added a hand shower which is more convenient to us.

Pros:

The breakfast exceeded my expectations as it was more like a 5-star hotel in terms of overall standard than a 4-star hotel. I loved their choice of butter used (Anchor unsalted butter) rather than the cheap cultured butter with a weird lactic acid taste that is used in other hotels

Cons:

There should be a separate hand-held shower head because the top-mounted shower head is not necessary for every wash case especially washing of feet only. We cannot be using the water hose beside the toilet bowl to do so as its unsightly and inconvenient

Breakfast spread is about the only excellent you can find in this hotel. Be early if not you have to wait for table

Cons:

dont like the layout of the room especially the position of the toilet door that so close to the entrance door. Room is quite small for Msian standard

opero will be the hotel me and my family book when we go to jb.
Pros:

check-in is very smooth. room is very clean, spacious & quiet. the gym is 24 hrs & pool also excellent.

Overall fantastic! I always will book this place
Pros:

Clean! Luxurious, location is not with traffic jam and is 5 mins walk to mid valley Southkey mall. It’s my favourite destination hotel to stay. Their service is excellent! I had a great time at the pool bar, lounge bar and breakfast as always.
