Location is great, quiet and worth the money. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I like the Roti Canai with curry, omelette & cereal. But overall, I really like everything available for breakfast at the cafe.

Cons:

I ordered the smash burger and a platter of sides for in room dining but it was not good, food was not hot or warm and the burger patty felt raw on the inside. Might not recommend getting it.

Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful including the security. The room was clean.

Cons:

Location was although near to mid valley, can see from eye but no access road there so need to take grab which is about 5 mins away and they do provide free shuttle but its every hour til night 10pm return to hotel and need to pre-book prior.

Pros:

Breakfast was awesome & the managers on duty during breakfast during our stay from 8-10 August 2026 were friendly & went to the extra mile to each table to ask how’s the breakfast. Would definitely come back!

Cons:

The aircon was not cold during breakfast and the manager got us the big fan since he saw I took out my Jisu fan.

Well maintained rooms
Pros:

Cleanliness and proximity to The Mall. Good selection for breakfast

Cons:

Security could have been enhanced. Access cards are only required for entry to rooms, lifts do not require card access. On my 2nd day of stay, housekeeping didn't close my room door properly and it was ajar. I returned to the room shocked and luckily, nothing was lost.
