Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

Room was clean, please continue to maintain it ❤️. Bed was comfortable, i always have challenge getting good sleep but i managed to sleep well.

Cons:

nothin so far, ohh the shower from the top !

Pleasant stay and good location only that if it’s raining will be challenging to walk over to Mid Valley mall

Acceptable but also disappointing
Pros:

Friendly if not busy front desk staff. Close by to the mall. Comfortable bed. Basic.

Cons:

The toilet had yellow fluids on the inner lid, clearly they forgot to clean it away 🤢 slow check in because they have many Singaporean guests staying and they are trying to check in too. Toilet sink was shallow and could not drain water, horrible. Shower set up is also awful, no hose. Thin toilet papers.

Convenient location, but overpriced for the facilities offered, with long lift waiting times, pool closure and disappoin
Pros:

Near midvalley southley mall. Easy valet parking

Cons:

Too pricey, main swimming pool under maintenance so can’t swi. Only 2 lifts to guest rooms which takes quite a while to wait. Also asked if housekeeping found an item i left behind after check out. There is no response yet.

Great location, super friendly staff.
Pros:

Everyone at the hotel were full of smiles, very friendly abs made my experience with everyone from the hotel extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a large spread, the food was tasty, the ambience great and the service team very observant and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was cosy.

Cons:

The shower area could be slippery because of the layout. With only the rainbath option, the soap and lather falling at the back (because the water cannot reach that area to rinse it) made it very slippery during a bath.

It was a lovely gateaway and it won’t be our last time, we will come back again!
Pros:

We loved the bathtub in the room!!! The kids had a blast. The staffs were so friendly and the pool was great for the kids. Nothing fancy but it was just for the kids to be kids!

Decent hotel for a very short stay.
Pros:

Not linked to the mall directly but still convenient location to midvalley mall. 5mins drive.

Cons:

Our room was a little smelly. Unfortunately, was told that hotel was fully booked and we cannot change room. Staff was nice enough to offer air freshener but I expected better room quality from a rated 4* hotel.

Pros:

The location is near to the mall and CIQ. The staffs at the concierge are very friendly and approachable.

Cons:

The breakfast spread is good and my fav are their nasi lemak and mee goreng. They’re delicious. However, the service could be better. I feel that there should be a staff bring us to a table. Instead, we have to find on our own and most of the tables are still full of dirty plates. Need to call the staffs to clear the tables. They did but did not provide new utensils. This happened to us for 2 days. On top of that, appreciate if they could keep the buffet area cleaned too..
