Hotel Al Sotoportego

Location was great could get there by boat and short walk to everywhere. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable recommending local food and locations. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

이곳은 조식은 운영하지 않은 호텔이지만 바로 나가면 많은 식당들이 있어서 불편하지는 않았습니다. 호스트가 워낙 친절하셔서 가기 전부터 오는 길을 상세히 안내해주시는 메일을 주시고, 가서도 정말 친절했고 환대받는 느낌을 받았습니다. 방은 공주방 같았는데 이게 베네치아 스타일의 인테리어라는 것을 나중에 알게 되었습니다. 저는 허리가 좋지 않은 사람인데 메트리스가 좋아서 만족스러웠고 어메너티나 이런 것들이 정말 훌륭합니다. 하루밖에 방이 없었던 점이 아쉬움으로 남았습니다. 친절, 서비스, 위치, 모두 만족할만한 호텔입니다.

Konumu ,otelin tarzı çok güzeldi.çalışanları çok sıcakkanlıydılar , özellikle tziano çok yardımseverdi ,her ince detaya kadar bize anlattı sağ olsun ,venedik hakkında değerli bilgiler verdi.
Dekorasyonu çok güzel bir oteldi temizdi. Çok ince detaylara kadar düşünmüşler yani örnek verecek olursam kahvesinden çayına bisküvisine saç kurutma makinasına kasasını her şey vardı yani terlik koymayı bile düşünmüşler.

This property incredibly well located. Within a couple minutes of Rialto bridge, 7-8 minute walk to Piazza S Marco, close to great selection of bars and restaurants (to be fair most hotels in Venice are). Incredible value in the heart of Venice near the grand canal. The staff was very helpful and down to earth, multi-lingual, and just down right pleasant. They will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable, without being overbearing. For fairly independent travellers they were perfect. We stayed in room 6: there is a large light for the alley below. You need to close the shutters to block out the light, otherwise it feels like the sun streaming in all night!

Długo wybierałam miejsce na nocleg, żeby cena i jakość były odpowiednie. Ostatecznie zostaliśmy bardzo zadowoleni — personel był miły, pokój czysty, fajna lokalizacja, jednorazowe kapcie i zestaw kosmetyków były na miejscu. Wszystko było świetnie przygotowane.

The bed was very hard. Overall though, the service was amazing and we enjoyed ourselves.

Accueil formidable et bienveillant. Décoration sophistiquée, avec des antiquités 100% vénitiennes. Beaucoup de conseils très utiles !

Away from the popular tourist areas but still located near excellent restaurants and transportation.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with excellent location, wonderful host and fantastic classically styled rooms. Very easy to find and access.

Tiziano, our host, was so kind and adds so many little perks to the rooms (water, free prosecco, incredible recommendations and the best map of Venice in the city).
