The location is just right for us to get to all the main tourist attraction by walking. Once you come out of the hotel, you will find yourself in another era, the era of Roman empire.
The view from my room is nothing but the building wall. I guest its a matter of the layout of the building. My daughter’s room has a nice street view

Additional charge for sons partner sharing room of £164 really angry with the charge after paying out for four rooms. No information provided by reception staff on how to use lift with room keys..
Lots of choices of breakfast foods from continental to a good traditional breakfast really good fruit station was good coffee machine was good and tasted nice. Nice touches in our room was complimentary drinks and snacks
Shame that the drinks and snacks weren’t replenished each day rather then the first day could’ve done with more fresh milk
Room could have been bigger for a premium room on the fifth floor our cousin room on the first floor was bigger than ours but didn’t have the complimentary drinks and snacks
Excellent location in Bath centre so just a couple of minutes walk into the heart of the city with all the lovely shops, architecture, attractions and eateries.
The room was lovely and spacious with, safe, hairdryer, iron and board, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.
Comfortable bed and large tv, also sofa seating area. Great walk in large shower too.
Breakfast was buffet with plenty of choice and very good.
No access onto Milk street so had to lug the bags from front door to back of hotel where you can park to load car. There is an access door there but when asked if we could use it instead of carrying heavy bags they said No! Don’t understand why not, disappointing when everything else was very good.
