For the money paid, I felt it was really lacking. Greasy breakfast,

Location was great, very clean, friendly staff

Cons:

We were very disappointed with the breakfast, very greasy cold and basic ( with the exception of a Belgian waffle maker if you like waffles) The healthy options were very limited and bland.
I’ve stayed in many places much cheaper and lower rank, and all had much better quality of food and choice. Was expecting more from a Hilton hotel.

No grilled tomatoes, smoothies, overnight oats, chia pudding, fish, etc. The sausages were overcooked and mushroom and hash browns were very greasy.

The room was lovely but we had to go and ask for more coffee as they only left one. I phoned reception late asking if they had any oat milk and rather than bringing to room, we had to go to reception to collect ourselves.

Super polite staff covering for poorly maintained hotel.
Pros:

Good location. Bed clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Booked 2 nights, had no option but stay one night, not happy room stay another. Room in state of disrepair with visibly dirty floors, walls, soft furnishings & light fittings. Door frame broken, bathroom door water damaged from shower screen leaking. Main hotel area also visibly dirty, notably floors and surfaces. Staff extremely polite but does not excuse a hotel in need of maintenance & a deep clean. Refund for 1 night given by staff, under duress. Also given Radission points but would be very hesitant to book with Radisson again. Wonder if there aren't more poor reviews because the staff are so exceptionally polite.

Wonderful stay in an ideal location. Would definitely stay here in future.
Pros:

Location, ideal. 5 mins from the Roman Baths and the river. Breakfast wonderful. Staff friendly. Son loved the gym. Room very clean and equipped.

Cons:

Nothing on this stay, it was 10/10

Great value, location and staff!
Pros:

Layout of rooms, plenty of towels and cleaned well. Flow of breakfast layout in reception. Follow up messages from reception asking if all was ok .
