I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank Dilan and Sevcan for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely be happy to stay here again in the future.

Saubere, moderne und schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Kleine Spielecke für Kinder ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Qualität des A la Carte Restaurants ist leider nur befriedigend, jedoch gab es
hier ein Entgegenkommen seitens Hotel, sodass es für uns am Ende zufriedenstellend war.
Otelin temizliği çalışanların alakadar olması, otelin konforu, yemekleri kahvaltısı herşeyi mükemmeldi özellikle Sevcan hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi çok memnun kaldık herşeyden önce güler yüzü samimiyeti bizim için herşeye değerdi muhakkak yine geleceğiz herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz

The hotel has a great atmosphere and a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly, especially Sevjak at the reception. She is very helpful, polite, and welcoming. If you have any problem, just let her know and she will do her best to help you
Old faceleties
When we finally arrived at the place at the break of the day, our first impression was terrible. Location on the road side, in the middle of nowhere, near the gas station. (Do not even try to reach the place other than on a car.) On top of all, we made 2 round trips for a few kilometres, back and forward trying to find the entrance, as that part of the road was under construction. But that was fixed in a week or so.
In the morning, the impression was dramatically improved. We've got good breakfast in a traditional Turkish style. We spent a good time in open swimming pool. Kids were happy and we've been relaxed 😎.
We took a King Suit room 403, for 2 adults and 3 of our kids, 5, 8 and 11 y.o.
Advantages:
- Enough space for our family,
- huge double bed,
- the interior was just renewed or built,
- sauna and hydromassage bath inside the room,
- two new AC and two TV in each room.
- Free WiFi signal was good enough, except for some spots near swimming pool.
- very friendly personal, receptionists, cooks, servants and cleaning ladies were all on a very good level, details of the location of the hotel.
Special thanks to Me.Serkan, who was attending is almost daily, being always friendly and positive.
- there is nice restaurant in the hotel and bar in the lobbio. We've tried restaurant, food was good.
- interior furniture is nice looking and very convenient;
- and the major advantage of this hotel is incredible silence, cslmness, beautiful mountain forest surroundings. Excellent place for the people, who would take a break from big city life and noise and relax too chill. We've met some people coming there from Istanbul just for a weekend or one evening to relax, swim in pool, get some sun bathes or free hamam in spa center.
Next to the hotel in about 10 kms is the Yalova city, which is not bad at all. Prices are much better than in Istanbul, we've found the Lunapark with many attractions for kids open 24h... Kids were happy again.
Disadvantages:
- The people who made electricity need a new hands and new brain... Totally incompetent. There are night lamps above the bed, but you can not switch it on separately, only with all the light, even in both rooms. Means, we were not able to switch the light in the kids room, leaving light in our room only. And a wall mounted lamps next to the bed has no separate switch at all. So, are totally useless. Two light options only: total black out, or full illumination.
- Beside of that, two small old refrigerators was not working properly. One was causing a short circuit and switching off whole room power, another was so old, that it was barely able to keep the drinks cool. Huge disadvantage for a big family like us, staying 2 weeks. Staff tried, but was not able to do anything with it.
- Another big disadvantage - there were only two small beds for kids. While we paid for a room with 5 sleeping places. Our older son slept on a sofa, that was not even foldable into a comfort bed. He's tall boy, so he's head and feet were bent during sleeping, due to side pillows, that was not removable.
First 10 days, nevertheless on a money, paid for each of us for the breakfast separately, it was not very variable assortment. Every morning the same food. No fruits, other than some apples and oranges. No fresh bakery, like croissants or cimits, or so for coffee/tea. But we have to admit that food was good and enough for all the guests. We made a note about it too the reception to draw the attention of management. A week later, in the beginning of July (3 days before we left), they fixed the menu, trying to make it's more variable. Thanks for hearing is out.

The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful.
My family and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. I feel I have been overcharged for this stay by Booking.com. I did report about this overcharge but did not receive any response. The location of the restaurant and the layout of the tables was superb. However, variety of food laid out for breakfast was limited and out of our expectation.
