Nice room, good value but poor amenities, parking and no elevator!
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Overall good value for the room itself.

Cons:

Poor parking with no security, no pavement, half a block away from the hotel and a long walk. No elevator! Second floor was 20 steep stairs up and down. Bringing stuff from the vehicle a half a block across the street and hauling everything up and down the stairs was a big negative for most older folks like myself who is 70+ with artificial knees and an artificial ankle. Good thing I was on the second floor and not the third floor! Seniors stay away!!

Great location, great room!

Cons:

Didn’t affect me but no elevator isn’t great for accessibility. Very steep stairs.

A little bit of old glamour in the heart of Cranbrook.
Pros:

We loved the vibe of the old brick hotel and the art deco design was so fun. The room was big and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed another night.

No elevator. For seniors being put on the third floor was difficult.

Friendly staff and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that there was no elevator and I was not made aware of that until after my booking was paid for
There was only limited parking for guests so if you didn't get a spot first you had to pay to park on the street.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that there was no elevator. My sister is mobility challenged and it was challenging getting her up,and down the stairs. The staff were extremely accommodation and gave us the most convenient room possible and helped with our luggage.
