Chambre aurait été parfaite sans bruit et une étage plus bas

Fenêtre très sale, on m’a attribué une chambre au 3 étage sans ascenseur premier escalier 21 marche le deuxième 17 marches, j’ai demandé d’avoir une autre chambre réponse vous n’avez pas louer avec nous donc vous prenez cet chambre je ne peux la changer , j’ai offert plus d’argent mais rien à faire, le bruit de la rue et de la ventilation semblait attiré dans la chambre 307 impossible de changer j’ai 69 ans et mal aux genoux donc pas facile cet hotel

Good overnight stop
Pros:

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Newly renovated room looks great and bed was comfortable. Good overnight travel stop in a heritage building

Cons:

Guests should be aware no elevator so luggage must be carried up stairs. A simple guest directory page would be helpful to explain various remote functions for air conditioning etc. Non functioning jacuzzi tub should have signage to indicate that - was a nice surprise to see it but then disappointing to find out later it could be used.

Comfy, friendly place to stay downtown.
Pros:

Stayed in a lot of places in Cranbrook, finally got to this hotel! It was great! Rooms were very nice, bedding comfy, staff uber friendly.


Over all we would stay again for sure.

Cons:

Things to keep in mind are limited parking, bar under some rooms (we had no noise issues early in the week) and no elevator, so not disability friendly.

It was restful and nice once we got into the other room for the 2nd night.
Pros:

We liked the antique charm. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons:

Our room was at the front corner of the hotel and so we heard the people out talking late into the night. Also the floor was not level and slanted significantly. And the bathtub looked very dirty, stained. When we asked if we could have a different room we were told there was availability, but then she had to talk to her manager because the system wouldn't let her put us in the other room. She said she would let us know. We were gone for the day.When we returned that girl was gone and another girl looked and couldn't find any notes about it. So we had to start over. It turns out not much was available because we booked on booking.com. Good to know.. She did get us into a much better room.

Great pick in downtown Cranbrook
Pros:

We love to stay at the Baker Hotel when we come to Cranbrook because the rooms are uniquely designed and spacious and it is fun being in the heart of downtown Cranbrook. Our room had a kitchen which can really come in handy when staying multiple nights.

Great heritage hotel that's been renovated and everything looks fresh.

Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Vor dem Fenster eine hohe Mauer. Man hat nur die Mauer gesehen sonst nichts. Betten sehr unbequem.
