Room was not great
Pros:

Staff and general ambience of the hotel

Cons:

Room was not great. Uncomfortable bed. Flushing from surrounding rooms was not subtle, tub bottom was not nice to look at so I skipped having a shower. I slept and got up at 7 am and left.

Quite close to historical locations and excellent restaurants!!
Pros:

Property was excellently kept for an older building, Everything was very well maintained and modernized! Close to any historical sites and excellent little coffee shop named “Grounds” just across the street!

Cons:

Very limited parking at only 13 spots for a hotel that seems to show it has occupancy of 53.

Good position within walking distance of a choice of restaurants
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean with an en-suite bathroom. Facilities in the room included a coffee maker. Attached to the hotel is a bar where we went for a drink and the service was good and the server was very friendly. Although food is served in the bar we chose to eat elsewhere (no particular reason) and there was plenty of choice within walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent hotel for Cranbrook stays
Pros:

The young lady that checked me in was beyond awesome. She even ventured outside with me to explain the parking lot. Loved her smile and kind professional representation of this hotel. Loved the decor and ambience of the place.

Cons:

No light in the big lovely very dark shower....

Really enjoyed the hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was.great, downtown, where it was is much quieter than on the highway. The extras in the room like the fridge was excellent.

Cons:

The couch in front of the tv was a little uncomfortable and there were no drawers to put away clothes.

Perfect place for a perfect rest.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is quality not quantity. Really nice attention to detail such as body wash and shampoo in large pump bottles, walk in shower and very comfortable bed. I haven’t slept that well in a long time. Oh and the manager/reception folks were super friendly.

Cons:

Really nothing not to like.
