Great spot for stay in downtown Cranbrook. Above all, clean and close to the hospital.
Pros:

Location was great, the rooms were clean and some were recently upgraded. The staff was very accommodating as we were there on a family emergency and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks again.

Cons:

It was warm, air conditioner could have been cooler but it did work a bit.

We are seniors and the staff was very accommodating by moving us from the 3rd to the 2nd floor and helping with our lugg

Cons:

Other guests were very noisy. Main AC Unit was outside room and ran on & off all night. Room AC ran too high/noisy to gave on at night, so room (#314) was hot & stuffy

Pleasant downtown area, good location. A bit pricy.
Pros:

We like trying local, heritage buildings. This one was a bit pricy. Check-in was fabulous (limited times allowed). Parking in the area is good.

Cons:

We were there for two nights. We did not need a complete room clean after one night. I put out the tag for a 'refresh' and no one came that day. We needed towels. At 10 pm we returned and our room had not been refreshed. The front desk is not open for many hours. I left a note and wandered around. However, they must have cameras because a man appeared wondering what I was doing. I asked for towels and he got some for me.

The room had well stocked kitchenette with coffee machine and big fridge
Bathroom with big bathtub
Laundrette on the same floor
Very nice and friendly staff

Cons:

No elevator, noisy aircon, no designated parking space in front of the hotel to offload the luggage
A bit outdated but definitively with charm and character
