I would have preferred a more suitable bed that’s worth the money being paid

Decent hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was fine and the location was quiet.Staff are on hand 24hrs to assist. We arrived earlier than the check in time and our room was ready which was great. I caught a cold and the staff really assisted by giving fresh ginger , honey and lemon. That was an extra touch which we appreciated.

Cons:

We booked a double room and on arrival there was only 1 bottle of water and 1 cup for tea. When we queried this the staff initially didn’t understand what the fuss was about. This was rectified but it was a hit and miss with some days back to default of 1 bottle of water and 1 cup. There had serious power issues during the week we stayed. Issues with their inverter etc meant power flickering on and off. My main big issue was being told that the AC can’t be used for a particular time as power is off. For Nigeria a warm country that is not on. The owner needs to look into this policy and review it.

Excellent location and especially Excellent service, everyone is very nice, friendly and respectful 🙏
Has nice pool and fitness center also.
Restaurant with good food and good breakfast.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't expect was 3.5% extra charge for using International cards at International hotel, but all good, very grateful to the owner and all the wonderful staff 🙏

Pros:

Love this hotel. My 'go to' for Ibadan.
The staff are brilliant, food is lovely, service excellent. I don't think I've ever had a single complaint and I've been coming here for 10 years.

Our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were pleasant, helpful and accomodating. We extended our stay due to how comfortable we were and would be going back again.

Cons:

We requested dry cleaning service wash, which was not done properly. We were not happy about this.
