Hotel incrível
Pros:

Hotel excelente, com decoração moderna e ótima localização no centro de Lamego. Os funcionários foram sem dúvida os mais simpáticos e prestáveis de todos os hotéis em que já estive!

Cons:

O pequeno almoço foi bom, mas para este hotel estava à espera de um pequeno almoço mais completo e diversificado. Apesar de compreender que devido à localização do hotel junto ao Castelo seja difícil a questão de estacionamento, acredito que o hotel deveria tentar arranjar uma solução para os seus hóspedes.

Pros:

Excelente localização, quarto amplo e cama extremamente confortável. A decoração é muito bonita e elegante. Bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

O facto da utilização da piscina interior ter um custo adicional (15€) Quando reservei o hotel um dos factores decisivos foi ter piscina, no decorrer da reserva não reparei no detalhe de que não estava incluído no quarto.

Pros:

Equipa da recepção super simpática e prestável, funcionário do bar muito eficiente. Sangria e snacks do bar com qualidade, bom pequeno almoço.

Over all, the hotel was nice. But keep in mind the taxi situation.

The room was clean. Beautiful view.

Cons:

There's a wine barrel tub in the room, that did not drain. The shower does not have a door, so water did spill out into the bathroom floor. I think they only have 1 iron in the hotel, because I needed 1 and so did my parents (in a different room) and we had to share. Also, Bolt and Uber does not go up there, so Taxi is your main transport. And I think hotel use this 1 taxi guy (hotel called him for us 3 time)....and this guy charged $5 euros more. He up-charged you.

Pros:

Lovely clean hotel, great location, gateway into douro valley sites. Beautiful views, breakfast was good. Great aircon. Staff lovely, would stay again.

Cons:

There isn't any parking, not even space to unload. Indoor facilities lovely, but had to ask for the key every time you wanted to enter, and sauna isn't on continuous, took more than an hour to heat up and then ready to get out.

Me gustó mucho la habitación, restaurante, piscina.
El desayuno fantástico.
Buena ubicación.

Cons:

No dispone de aparcamiento y no se puede aparcar en la puerta para dejar maletas.
El Spa con poco encanto, no está al nivel del resto.
