Pros:

Struttura molto ben curata, leggermente sopra gli standard locali. Valore aggiunto principale, il personale! Tutti gentili, disponibili e competenti. Specialmente al ristorante, con Francis ed il suo staff.

Cons:

Niente realmente da ridire: solo suggerimenti di miglioria. Ho fatto due piccole osservazioni in reception, per la stanza: 1) indicare i principali numeri sul telefono una semplice etichetta e 2) aggiungere dei ganci in bagno.
Aggiungerei: non erano visibili i canali TV nazionali, niente di grave ma dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicato con un cartellino o accendendo la TV. Infine, nell'ideale avere uno stendino in balcone, per far asciugare i costumi dopo le escursioni in mare.

Pros:

Hotel nuevo muy cómodo y bien ubicado. Servicio excelente de todos los empleados. Lo mejor es la piscina en alto con una vista increíble a la Bahía de Samana. La cena ahí muy buena.Camas muy confortables.

Cons:

Un poco de ruido porque todas las habitaciones dan al malecón.Pero x la noche dormimos bien.

Pros:

Muy bien hotel, habitación grande y nueva. desayunos de 10 y amabilidad en todo el personal. Además el restaurante del hotel es el mejor de samana de largo (ni Santorini ni ninguno otro).

Sí este hotel estuviera a pie de playa en las Galeras o Terrenas, costaría 3x más
