Categories

Cleanliness
9.9
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness: 'Todo limpio', 'Rooms are very clean and spacious', 'Camere pulite'. Overall consistently reported as very clean.
Service
9.9
Generally highlighted as very friendly and attentive (staff showed rooms, manager greeted guests). Some negative notes about occasional delays (20 min wait at check-in), limited staff for luggage and slightly less engagement at times.
Location
10
Repeatedly called excellent location fronting the malecón / bay; 'Best location in Samana', easy access to attractions and great sea views.
Room Quality
9.9
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious with kitchenettes in some units and comfortable beds. Minor issues noted by a few guests (jacuzzi not working, very hot pool water, elevators slow) but rooms themselves received strong praise.
Amenities
10
Rooftop pool, multiple pools, well-equipped gym and good common spaces are repeatedly praised. Some amenities problems reported (jacuzzi not working, sauna overuse) but overall facilities are a standout feature.
Value for Money
9.2
Mixed signals: hotel perceived as premium and recommended, but multiple comments call the on-site restaurant costly (one saying dinner for two can equal the room rate), lowering perceived value slightly.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast repeatedly praised ('desayuno delicioso'), restaurant food is good for some but others find it expensive or suggest improvement. Overall positive breakfasts with some concern about restaurant pricing/quality.
Overall Experience
9.9
Overall overwhelmingly positive: excellent views, helpful staff, great rooftop pool and convenient location. Minor operational issues reported but do not significantly detract from the stay.
