Good time ruined by a belligerent check in process that resembled an arrest
Pros:

Lots to like : very clean, well priced and located for the Eastern Suburbs. Fine for a quick weekend perhaps a tad small for a longer stay.

Cons:

The the completely unacceptable check-in process driven by the "Restwell" app. The non-negotiable demands made for the provision of personal information including identification documents and credit card details are subject of a query of mine to the OAIC. Who on earth is "Restwell"? What are their credentials? Why present the guest {prisoner?} with a long, exhaustive list of terms and conditions? The phone was answered by a doltish AI facsimile of a receptionist. Its supportive "team member" was not contactable. Wretched.

Pros:

Good location. Easy check in process.

Cons:

Not a pleasant place to stay. Blinds missing from the windows so was unable to have complete privacy from opposite apartments. Lighting was harsh, white, and industrial. Scuff marks on all the walls. Window was locked and no insect screens on doors.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

All good for 2 night stay.

Cons:

Room 11 had a blind missing - street lights and dawn light kept us awake first night so put blanket up second night.
It’s winter - a warmer blanket or 2 would mean I didn’t near A/C all night.
Room 24 had a toilet sized sink with cabinet on wall close above. Washing face, water drops to floor; cleaning teeth, drips on floor, and I had to spit in my hand after cleaning teeth.
Garage door should open automatically when you’re leaving. I was waiting then saw sign and got out. Door came so close to car! If I’d known, I would have stopped further down.

Great location, nice room, but a bit untidy.
Pros:

Great location, very central so doesn’t take long to get anywhere

Cons:

Not very clean, not terrible but not amazing. Broken glass under the bed, there was snot looking stuff on the wall and someone else’s little dark hairs on the wall in the bathroom.
