Pros:

A good stay , staff were very nice especially the dining staff for breakfast, breakfast was delicious with variety of choice , room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

They don't change bed sheets everyday only every 3 days but my stay was only for 3 days sooo !!

Probably the best hotel in the area for value for money, location and comfort.
Pros:

The cleanliness, the facilities, the rooms, but mostly the people working there. Very kind and helpful and very professional. Thank you Josh at reception for all your help. And Shi. Thanks to everyone else, the place is so well run and looked after.

Nice hotel with many improvement points
Pros:

Breakfast team was super friendly and great.

Nice location a bit off the tourist streets.

Spacious rooms

Cons:

Way too many Russians in the whole region and in the hotel as well.

It was also very loud and noisy most of the time. Please make sure to tell your guests to be a bit more silent especially during the night.

The AC is heading straight in the bed which makes it impossible to keep it on while laying in bed.

The gym only opens at 8, which is way too late for people who want to have a proper breakfast and still enjoy the early day without wasting half of the day.

Le personnel est très agréable, et c’est l’un des hôtel les plus propres qu’on ai fait. Bravo au personnel de chambre ! La piscine et la salle de sport sont incroyable aussi 😍 Nous avons du écourter notre séjour mais c’est un top hôtel

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is ideal—close to the beach, the Kata night market, and with three 7-Eleven stores just nearby, which is super convenient. The pool is really pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

A special thanks to Shi and Josh at the front desk, who were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Отель чистый и уютный, за свои деньги отличный вариант. Уборка каждый день, завтраки вкуснейшие, выбор не большой, но все свежое, очень вкусное и голодными остаться просто невозможно. Приветливый персонал. Байсен на крыше. экскурсии покупали у отельного гида и остались более чем довольны. Цены приемлимые. Мы были впервые на Пхукете и остались очень приятные впечатления. Я рекомендую однозначно этот отель.

Cons:

Минусы везде можно найти, если их искать. Для нас это были не минусы, при выборе отеля и цены/качества нас устроило все более чем. Отель расположен от пляжа в 10-12 минутах хотьбы. И единственное, незначительный нюанс был, что иногда вечером не было горячей воды. Но покупаться можно было. Это все

Attention aux travaux juste derrière l'hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel de la réception était très gentil et la femme de ménage très professionnelle: chambre impeccable pendant 15 jours.

Cons:

Un problème de wifi à notre arrivée nous a obligé à acheter 2 cartes DTAC à 790 baths chacun afin d'être sûr d'être joignable tous les jours.
Le plus gros problème ont été les travaux juste derrière l'hôtel! Cela n'était pas signalé du tout dans le descriptif de l'hôtel lors de notre réservation et le bruit à partir de 8h00 du matin nous a empêché de nous reposer ! Cela mériterait d'ailleurs un dédommagement commercial !
