Handy to everything we needed and really comfortable
Pros:

We loved the spring water on each floor, the couch in the room, good room size. We liked that room amenities were available to chose from On first floor and not in each room. So closer to the station and yet so quiet!!!

房間和衛浴都相當寬敞舒適，動線很流暢，還附有膠囊咖啡機，且每日都會補充新的膠囊，非常滿意。

Cons:

沙發有大面積的不明漬痕，雖然已經很淡不明顯，但某個角度突然注意到的時候還是觸目驚心。

立地や滞在中のサービスには満足しましたが、チェックイン時のスタッフの対応と説明不足が残念でした。
Pros:

駅から近く、立地がとても便利でした。ホテル自体も大きく、高級感がありました。滞在中は清掃も行き届いており、ランドリーサービスも丁寧に対応していただきました。また、チェックアウト後に無料で荷物を預かっていただけた点もよかったです。

Cons:

チェックイン時の女性スタッフの対応には、少し不快感を覚えました。

予約時には、ホテル側が確認しやすいように日本語表記の名前を使用しました。予約を確認した後、本人確認のため在留カードの提示を求められたのでお渡ししましたが、記載されている名前と予約名が違うと言われました。その後、住所や同行者が日本に住んでいるかどうかも確認されました。本人確認や住所の確認が必要な手続きであることは理解していますし、その点については問題ありません。

ただ、私は最初から日本語で話していたにもかかわらず、スタッフの方が何語で話せばよいのか分からないような表情や態度を見せ、終始コミュニケーションが取りにくい雰囲気でした。何を確認する必要があり、こちらが何を答えればよいのかを、はっきり説明していただきたかったです。

また、最後にルームキーを渡された後、エレベーターの場所や館内についての案内もなく、そのまま手続きが終了しました。このクラスのホテルとして、チェックイン時の接客や案内がこの程度なのかと疑問に感じ、滞在前からサービス面に不安を抱きました。外国人のお客様に対しても、必要事項を明確に説明し、自然かつ丁寧に対応していただきたいです。

早餐有當地特色，但是口味普通

有服務熱情的員工（第一天抵達的停車場管理員、第二天的櫃檯服務人員）
大部分櫃檯員工英文能力差（語速快又講不清楚，發音也很奇怪），明明後面沒其他客人排隊，不知道在趕什麼
