Hotel perfecto en Toyama
Pros:

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado: a dos cuadras de la estación central de Toyama y frente a un centro comercial con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El personal es amabilísimo y te hacen sentir como en casa inmediatamente y las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y silenciosas. No se puede pedir más!

ベテラン男性スタッフは、人を見て対応しているホテル
Pros:

施設設備、清潔感。部屋の大きさも丁度良く、お風呂が仕切られているのが、特に良い。今回車で行きましたが、エレベーター式駐車場で、イタズラ等の心配をせずに済みました。

Cons:

朝食の時に、麺つゆのポットの出が悪くて大きく傾けたら、蓋が外れて汁を派手にぶちまけてしまいましたが、あんなに大きな音が出ても後ろの男性スタッフは、知らんぷりでした。澄まして気取り、外国人やセレブ系の人に愛想が良い、いかにも人を見ている男性スタッフで、今まで好印象のホテルが、一気に低評価へとなりました。一流航空会社って、こんな感じですよね、やっぱり。

Our room was very comfortable, bathroom/toilet very modern and well appointed. Lots of usb points.
Pros:

Reception was well appointed, lots of space, Clean Laundry and quiet.
The hotel was close to the main station and lots of shops and eating venues.

Cons:

We had dinner twice, and felt the prices were expensive for what you got, and the menu was limited. The restaurant was not frequented very much .
It was hard to converse with staff at reception because no one understood english. They were very young and didn't seem to care.

入住後發現咖啡機內有使用過的膠囊
第一天要求不要打擾卻入內打掃
第二天要求清垃圾與換毛巾卻未入內掛毛巾在門口
住3天，僅有補充一次膠囊咖啡，共4顆，不夠

また利用したいし、知人にもおすすめしたいホテルです。
Pros:

高評価の口コミをみて、こちらを予約しました。以前レストランだけ利用したこともありました。富山駅から近く　何よりバスとトイレが別で、ゆったりとお風呂につかることができたこと。
エレベーターホールにおいしい富山のお水のサーバーと、お部屋にコーヒーマシーンがあったこと。上下別のパジャマで、ベッドも快適に眠れました。　コンパクトなお部屋ですが十分にくつろげて、個人的にはアクセサリートレイがあったことが嬉しかったです。レストランの方の対応もとても感じがよく、また利用したいホテルです。
