Everything.
First of all, this is not a three star hotel. It shouldn't be called a hotel. It is a motel - a pretty bad quality motel. I trusted Booking.com and booked this place as I was travelling on my own and wanted to pay a bit of extra to stay in a decent hotel where I feel safe. But I was so nervous and didn't feel safe at all in the room. I will mak an official complaint to Booking.com about the description of this hotel and the price point.
Secondly, the facilities of this hotel was terrible. A very bad quality of the toilet, no tv channels, outdated and worn out interior materials, and not very professional reception and a receptionist. This is not a hotel standard.
Thirdly, my booking indicates that I can check in from 3pm ( meaning it should be ready for me any time from 3pm) but my room was rented out to someone else for a few hours when I tried to check in at 9pm. The receptionist said it was rented out ( for a few hours. This is called Daesil. Some couples use this service in the motel/ love hotel to have a sex) and needed to clean it before I can use it. He asked me to wait for 30mins. I moaned about it and he said I can use a different room instead.
Lastly, this place is advertised in some korean website for a half the price I paid.
Booking.com, I want my money back.

Nice hotel on the 5th floor of a shared building. Very clean, staff were super attentive when we needed anything and cleaned the room every day. Only took about 45 mins to get into Seoul.
Room was quite small for two people with big suitcases, but to be expected.

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay here! The room was super clean and incredibly well-organized, and what really impressed us was the complete set of toiletries. It wasn’t just the usual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — they also provided facial lotion, toner, hairbrush, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial wash sachets, feminine wash, shave gel, razor, hair gel, a hair dryer, and even a hair iron. Every small detail was thoughtfully included.
The massive smart TV was perfect for relaxing, and the room also featured two large, high-performance gaming PCs, which was a fun and unexpected bonus.
We were also pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with bottled water and a variety of cold beverages, all complimentary — and of course, the Korean Maxim instant coffee was a delicious touch.
What really completed our experience was the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff. There were always two on each shift, and they were consistently polite and helpful.
Overall, the hotel truly exceeded our expectations — both in comfort and service. Highly recommended!
The only thing we didn’t like was that the bidet in our bathroom wasn’t fully functional. While it flushed properly, the special features like the feminine wash and butt wash didn’t work, which was disappointing since those functions are important for comfort.
I was hesitant at first because the hotel didn’t have the best reviews here on Booking, but I’m glad I decided to book it anyway. I’ve stayed at four other hotels in Korea, and this one is by far the best and cleanest I’ve been to. The receptionist was also very kind and attentive. My stay was great — I highly recommend it!

No breakfast was provided. The Staff was helpful and provided infomation about the area. Plenty of restaurants and eateries around the area, provision shops aplenty too.

숙소가 전반적으로 음침한 분위기가 있습니다. 샤워실에 구멍도 뚫려있고, 벽지가 뜯어져 있는 부분도 있었어요. 객실이 5층 밖에 없어서 방음도 잘 안되는 것 같습니다. 서비스는 나쁘지 않았는데, 왠지 모르게 기분이 안좋았네요.
