ESTANCIA DE 9 DÍAS POR INTERVENCIÓN
Pros:

Fuimos 3 personas por una intervención quirúrgica, la estancia fue bastante cómoda, la habitación amplia y bastante bien.

Cons:

Quizá pondría servicio de desayuno pero aún así tienen como una mini barra donde puedes pedir café y alrededores muchas cafeterías. El personal es un poco seco, pero allí casi nadie habla inglés y mucho menos español. Una de las 9 noches que pasamos de madrugada alguien abrió nuestra habitación, lo comentamos al día siguiente, nos dijeron que miraron las cámaras y no vieron a nadie, lo dejamos pasar por qué también la situación era la que era y no estábamos para debatir mucho, pero no hubo implicación para ver qué había pasado.

Das Beste immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war kühl, sauber und modern, aber auch war sie gut auffindbar und in der Nähe vom Restaurants einem Shoppingcenter oder andere Supermärkte. Also hat man alles in Umkreis was man benötigt aber auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Reinigungskräfte waren jeden Tag da und haben uns sehr weitergeholfe.
Da in den anderen Bewertungen steht, dass es laut ist Und Lärm gibt, kann ich euch beruhigen, dass es sehr ne ruhige Gegend ist.

Nimic in afara de amabilitatea personalului

Cons:

Peretii crapati, tencuiala cazuta, fereastra rupta dintr-o balama, lifturi defecte, restaurant inchis, gandaci...cele 4* si pozele de prezentare au fost probabil de la inaugurare.

They have really good stuff and i can say that it is good hotel
But

Cons:

Before booking, I didn't find any information about the hotel requiring an extra charge for the pool, sauna, and everything else. Massages and other amenities are understandable, but is there an extra charge for the pool? This is the first time I've encountered this at a hotel.

I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful before booking this hotel.

We made a reservation for 9 people. Part of the payment was made in cash, and one booking was made through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be very dirty, with unpleasant odors and cracked walls. The conditions were completely unacceptable.

More than 4 people requested to leave immediately, but the hotel refused. We had also tried to cancel the reservation through Booking one day before arrival, but this was denied, with no refund offered.

Even worse, guests who left immediately upon arrival were still asked to pay. To this day, the hotel continues to demand additional payments, even though several rooms were never used.

They keep adding new charges daily without clear justification.

I strongly recommend everyone to think twice before booking this hotel.
