Totally Unacceptable
Pros:

The staff was nice and professional. They could not help what was happening. Only apologetic and confused why management allowed thw issues.

Cons:

Ant issue that they were aware of and could only explain they were working on the issue. The door latch would get stuck outward and took too many tries to release. Even the front desk staff helped but no maintenance on duty. Had a large roach in bathroom when 1st entered. Housekeeping came in to remove and mop floor. Front desk had me add my name and number to a list of complaints about the ants.
Upon checkout on Sunday morning, the manager walked in and was not friendly. I missed her call about 2hrs later. Only knew it was her because of caller ID. She did not leave a message, Very Unprofessional!
This stay was very frustrating to me and my senior mother. I kept my cool because of my mother, however, I did express how unsatisfied we were before and during checkout

Due to illness we have been coming to Dr Appointments for over a year
We have stayed at some awful Hotels
