Amazing property, staff was organized and helpful, such a calming stay!
Pros:

Huge rooms, clean indoor pool, toiletries provided were extraordinary

Cons:

Property could use some love and care, wear and tear becoming very noticeable, however the property was still excellent

Cons:

Wasn’t the cleanest in the room. One side of bed had no energy/light,microwave wasn’t working properly seemed broken, Found hairs on towels and bed area, found dip pouch behind bed, and no city view like we booked an paid extra for.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
Pros:

I enjoyed the daily breakfast options. Keep it up.

Cons:

I was checked into an accessible room without requesting for one. Don't know why it happened. I didn't request for a change as it was pretty late when I checked in.
