Good location and parking, but inconsistent service, poor Wi‑Fi, limited amenities, and weak houseke
Pros:

The location was convenient for our relocation activities and offered easy access to downtown. The parking was spacious and easy to use. The manager was also helpful and quickly resolved an invoice request that other staff members were unable to assist with.

Cons:

This property was disappointing for a long-term family stay. The suite felt small for the price, Wi‑Fi was unreliable for several evenings, the A/C often became warm at night, breakfast options were limited, and housekeeping was inconsistent. Staff knowledge varied, luggage assistance was unavailable, requested amenities were not always available, and several service requests were not fully addressed despite our extended stay.

Pros:

I liked the location being central to everything we had planned to do and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

Our room definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. And our mattress was pretty uncomfortable.

Everything else was great.
Pros:

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Location too close to highway, did not sleep well due to the traffic noise. The bed made my back stiffen up.
