The staff was excellent and went over and above! They answered all of my questions, sent a text to check in and see if we needed anything and were very friendly and kind. This hotel exceeded my expectations.
The Saturday evening in the pool area, it was very full and parents were not watching their kids. Some were standing outside of the pool and had created a triangle including another child in the pool and were throwing a ball around. It hit me in the head. The parents did nothing and it continued. I also believe that some of the adults were consuming alcohol, based on the garbage on top of the towel storage. I think the pool area needs better management. Additionally, we were missing cutlery at breakfast. It seemed that there wasn't enough.
Location was close to Kanata outlet mall
Hotel rooms and facilities were not as pictures show on booking.com. Rooms were very dark and there was a bad odor as soon as we entered the room and bathroom. The breakfast area was depressingly dark . We complained about the situation and requested a refund as we were not planning to stay but the hotel staff were unable to reach their management although it was still early evening. I had to pay the cost of the 1st night as I decided to cancel my reservation and found a much nicer hotel on Hunt Club Rd and was even cheaper. This is the 1st time in over 10 years of using Booking.com that I have faced such issues but Booking.com customer service did their best to help me but unfortunately the hotel management were not cooperating.
It’s a fairly new building and clean. The lounge area was comfortable for breakfast or just watching tv. Good location across from the Tanger Outlets
Our shower drain was running slow, that was the only negative.

J’ai aimé les choix mais j’aurais aimé avoir avoir des muffins, du pain aux bananes et du café décaféiné le matin.
Avoir une poignée ou une barre pour se tenir pour l’entrée et la sortie du bain. Nous avions une personne âgées avec nous, qui n’a aucun problème de mobilité mais qui aurait apprécié avoir quelque chose sur quoi se tenir pour plus de sécurité dans l’entrée du bain/douche.

Helpful, friendly staff.
Staff were very helpful to find a few missing items, very friendly during check in and out. Taxi to the concert was very convenient. Breakfast was buffet style and lots to choose from and fresh.
Price for one night is over priced. When its an event happening close by prices should be the same. Was difficult checking in when room and deposit had to be charged on a credit card, I wanted to pay for the room with my debit.
