Overall, comfortable stay and really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
Pros:

Simple, minimal, clean & comfortable beds. I’m also a hotel breakfast person and I loved the breakfast!

Cons:

The staff were hard to reach out in our rooms. We followed up on a call & wasn’t resolved until I found a housekeeper on my floor. I also called the front desk & rang for so long no one picked up so I hung up. Also, would love to add in shower caps as an amenity.

Tous était parfait surtout le déjeuner excellent

Cons:

Pas de table dans les chambres il y avait four micro onde frigidaire c'est parfait mais pas de table pour manger ou autre avec des jeunes enfants

Confortable, facile d’accès

Cons:

Ménage n’a pas été effectué lorsque prévu, bouteille de revitalisant vide et non remplie suite à demande spécifique, très bruyant avec groupes de jeunes qui monopolisent la piscine.

Très bon déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

La chasse de notre to7lette ne chassait pas. On l’a rapportée. Elle a été réparé mais elle a fait défaut à nouveau. Aussi, demander 10$ par personne pour un aller/retour au Canadian Tire Centre qui est à 5 minutes à pieds de distance de l’hôtel est très exagéré.
