Claustrophobic Rooms, Poor Service

We reserved two rooms and were placed on separate floors. When I asked to be relocated to the same floor, the staff explained that only one room of this type exists per floor. Even when I offered to pay extra, they refused, showing a bureaucratic and unhelpful attitude.

The room itself was a major disappointment. Although advertised as suitable for two people, it is not even adequate for one. The bed takes up the entire width of the room, leaving no space to move. There is absolutely no room to open a suitcase inside — I had to open my luggage outside the room. For two guests, this is completely unrealistic.

The service was poor, rigid, and lacking any effort to provide solutions. The claustrophobic room conditions were so unbearable that we decided to leave the hotel one night earlier than planned.

Overall, this stay was frustrating, unsuitable, and significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience.

Our stay was comfortable, rooms are clean, staff was exceptional. We upgraded our room after the first night. Caution for travellers with large luggage or multiple luggages to check room size before booking. Food in restaurant was also exceptional.

Pros:

The location was 5 minutes walking from shibuya crossing! We could see the shibuya sky tower from our room.

Cons:

The room was smaller that we expected but the bed and bathroom were very comfortable.
