Ładne, klimatyczne i czyste miejsce. Lokalizacja ok, ale jest spory kawałek do stacji metra.

Die Vorteile überwiegen hier deutlich, daher würden wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt im Rom wieder hier übernachten.
Pros:

Super Lage. Hotel-eigener und günstiger Parkplatz. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, sehr gute Cornetti und Kaffee. Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr nett.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer, die unter der Balkontür durchgekommen sind. Abhilfe dafür schaffte dann ein Spray, das uns die Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
Geschlafen haben wir in den zwei einzelnen Loft-Betten oben, da das Gerüst des Doppelbettes unten sehr instabil wirkte und laute Geräusche beim Draufsetzen und Bewegen machte (eventuell hätte man das mithilfe eines Inbus-Schlüssels einfach lösen können).
Abends ging es etwas lauter zu, da einige Studenten im Haus waren (wobei das bei einer eigentlichen Studenten-Unterkunft zu erwarten war).

Tolle Umgebung und abgenutztes Zimmer mit viel Leben drinnen.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden und ruhig gelegen

Cons:

Ameisen im Zimmer. Sehr abgenutzte Einrichtung. Man hört jede Tür, Toilette und Bewegung in der näheren Umgebung

Sehr nah am Vatikan

Cons:

Nur einige Etagen als Hotelbetrieb genutzt, überwiegend ist die Einrichtung ein Studentenwohnheim. Lärmbelästigung bis in die tiefe Nacht sowie extrem lautes Tonsignal bei Öffnen und Schließen der Aufzugstüren, extrem laut zu hören, wenn man ein Zimmer in Nähe der Aufzüge hatte.

Тихое местечко в самом центре

Понравилось всё! Конечно местоположение. И не только из-за близости к Ватикану. Тишина же! Выспаться можно)
Нам по 60, мы взяли мансардный номер. Прикольно полазили)) Завтрак хороший, кофе прекрасный и девушка, готовившая кофе прекрасна. Номер убирали, такси нам заказали. Чай мы в номере попили, посуда и плита есть. Wi-Fi хороший. Розеток много.

Cons:

Берите с собой тапочки, полы не очень комфортные в номере.
