Spotless room with an amazing shower and bed, but let down by a lack of transparency regarding the unavailable AC.
Pros:

Excellent Comfort: The room was larger than expected, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the basic comforts. The bed and pillows were excellent and perfectly firm, just the way we like them.
Superb Bathroom: The bathroom had great lighting, and the shower was probably the best we’ve experienced in a hotel recently—it had fantastic water pressure, and the sliding door kept the bathroom floor completely dry.
Good Breakfast: The breakfast spread was varied and offered several good options for vegetarians.

Cons:

While the room has an AC unit, it is not available for guests to use unless turned on centrally by management. It only functioned as a fan, and the lowest temperature setting was locked at 18°C. This was way too warm, especially combined with the heavy winter duvet, leading to a few terrible nights of sleep. The window could only be tilted open and didn't let in enough fresh air to cool the room down.
The hotel description clearly lists air conditioning among the property facilities, but there is zero transparency about when they actually choose to turn it on. Booking a room advertised with AC shouldn't mean guessing whether you can actually use it. It feels like fooling the customers.

Gutes Hotel, ideal um Düsseldorf zu erkunden.
Pros:

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Auch glutenfreie Produkte. Saubere Zimmer, netter Empfang.

Cons:

Es gibt für die Anzahl Gäste wenig Plätze beim Frühstück. Ebenso musste man seine Sachen selbst wegräumen, das ist im Fast-Food Restaurant ok, meines Erachtens aber nicht in einem Hotel.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, viel Auswahl (auch vegan) und süß ind salzig.

Schließfächer für die Koffer unkompliziert und jederzeit in der Lobby zugänglich

Leider gab es keinen Safe im Zimmer

Kein Kleiderschrank, kein Kühlschrank..und auf nachfrage war es nicht möglich eine zweite Decke zu bekommen für das Doppelbett, musste unter nem Bettlaken schlafen

Personal muy amable, desayuno muy bien, ambiente agradable
Para nosotros la ubicación perfecta con la parada de metro enfrente que nos llevo directamente a la Merkur Spiel Arena

Cons:

En la habitación no había armario, ni nevera, ni teléfono para llamar a la recepción, ni información sobre horarios de desayuno, check out etc. La cama de la habitación doble con solo una manta grande, no con dos, una para cada uno como suele ser en el Norte de Europa

Super toll! Nächstes Jahr wieder!
Pros:

Super Check-In, alles super easy zum Erreichen, Bett sehr bequem, Garage auch toll, direkter Zugang zum Hotel!

Cons:

Wenn Leute im Gang reden, hört man leider alles. Auch in der Nacht, was etwas störend war.

die Lage ist super, vorallem wenn man zur Messe Düsseldorf geht...Personal ist sehr freundlich....eine Möglichkeit, die Kleidung aufzubewahren und ein Kühlschrank wäre noch gut ....Frühstück sehr sehr vielfältig und lecker
