Sehr zentrales, modernes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal!
Pros:

Vom erstklassigen und sehr zuvorkommenden Empfang bis hin zum Check-Out haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen auch im Hinblick auf die zentrale Lage am japanischen Viertel. Die U-Bahnstation ist direkt am Hotel, so kommt man überall zur Erkundung der Stadt oder des Umlands hin.
Die Designelemente (Runway, Uhr aus Pumps, Hochtisch mit Regiestühlen, Kicker, originelle Tapeten im Lift, etc. sehr einfallsreich und modern. Unser Zimmer hatte Stadt/Rheinblick:-) was wir toll fanden, klein aber fein und sehr sauber. Gute Schallisolierung, daher hört man die anderen Gäste nicht.

Cons:

Die fehlende Müllentsorgung in der Tiefgarage und die sehr schwerfälligen Brandschutztüren.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in dem Stadtteil Little Tokyo, also sehr schön gelegen. Es ist wirklich mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Außerdem ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück auch sehr groß, also es ist auf jeden Fall für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowie sich das gehört. Einen kleinen "Willkommensdrink" hat es auch gegeben. Beim auschecken hat man die Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck noch für den Rest des Tages sicher zu verstauen. Und was natürlich zusätzlich für Spaß sorgt ist der Kickerkasten, den man umsonst benutzen darf!

Cons:

Die Betten sind nicht allzu bequem (sehr hart), ist aber denke ich auch Geschmackssache. In der Nacht kann es dann noch dazu auch etwas laut werden, weil da eine ziemlich große Hauptstraße direkt neben dem Hotel liegt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm und für unseren Aufenthalt ideal.
Pros:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück, das Angebot sah jedoch sehr einladend aus. Die Lage war sehr gut, da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind und somit in wenigen Minuten das Hotel erreichten. Wir konnten nahezu sämtliche Aktivitäten zu fuß erledigen. Das Hotel war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Im Zimmer vermissten wir einen Kleiderschrank. Da wir jedoch nur 2 Nächte im Hotel waren, war dies nicht so schlimm.
