Perfect voor short, relaxed stays
Pros:

Mooie kamer met fijn bed, airco (was hard nodig in de zomerhitte) en aanpasbare zonwering, de hangstoel was ook erg fijn. Persoonlijk ook erg gecharmeerd van de vogelgeluiden in de lift en gang, mooie touch!

Cons:

Receptioniste bij aankomst en uitchecken was geforceerd vriendelijk, altijd jammer als dat gebeurd. Ook de lamp van badkamer (ver) aan buitenkant en de badkamerdeur op een dranger: erg onhandig...

Die Lage ganz in der Nähe Salzburg Hauptbahnhof.
Das Hotel bietet ein kostenloses Ticket für den Nahverkehr in Salzburg für seine Gäste an.

Das Zimmer verfügt über sehr große ebenerdige Duschkabine.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, das Waschbecken zu klein.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen von Salzburg!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Cocoon ist einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war mit den 12 qm nicht sonderlich gross, jedoch geräumig und praktikabel eingerichtet. Empfang, Check-in hat super funktioniert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstückbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Es wird keine standardmässige Zimmerreinigung angeboten. Man kann die Reinigung jedoch "bestellen". Das war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Ein regelmässiges leeren der Abfalleimer hätten wir uns gewünscht.
