Location nearest to the train and bus station. Hotel provide us free transport coupon tu use around Salzburg. Breakfast is good, water is free flow including apples. You may rent bicycle for half or full day.

Cons:

The swing in the room really take space.

Late Check in um Mitternacht - niemand da, self checkin funktioniert nicht, Securitas fühlt sich nicht zuständig (bin nur Nachtwächter), nach 10 Minuten kommt jemand, verweist an Self Checkin, nachdem der gemeinsam nicht geht endlich Hilfsbereit

Excellent location and great service.
Pros:

No kettles or other things you expect in a hotel room, especially if you are from Middle East this would be a step down. Go down to the lobby for kettle. Overall very pleasant staff, clean room and excellent location. Do note they don’t service the room every day.
