Absolutely stunning stay, perfect for relaxing after mountain adventures.
Pros:

We loved our stay in Nikko. The walk from the local train station is only about 10 minutes but the paths are a little uneven, so caution with heavy suitcases is recommended. Kitchen facilities are brilliant, the private onsen is amazing after a day of hiking down the mountains. There are many local restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation and we stocked up on supplies at the 7/11 about 2 minutes away. Incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

The check in process was a little challenging as the tablet set up was glitching but it ended up working after a few tries. The washing machine is an amazing addition but the built in washer/dryer is slow - it took 4 or so hours of drying time so be prepared to have it run overnight.

Cons:

既然這間住宿設有指定停車位，我認為在 Check-in 時就應該要求住客填寫車牌號碼。如此一來，若發生停錯車位或占用他人車位的情況，便能立即追蹤到是哪位住客，而不是連客服也不知道是誰停的。

這次我們抵達時，發現有其他車輛停在我們的指定停車位。我們聯絡客服後，客服表示無法確認那台車是哪位住客的，最後卻是要求我們將車停到第二停車場。我們只得自行移車，並且替住宿方在對方車上留下「停錯車位」的紙條。

我們是依照規定入住、也遵守停車規則的住客，卻要因為其他人的違規而承擔額外的不便與時間成本，我認為這對守規矩的住客來說非常不公平。

在 Check-in 時將車牌號碼列為必填資訊，如此在發生類似問題時才能迅速確認車主並妥善處理，而不是將問題轉嫁給遵守規定的住客。

Pros:

寝室が二つあり使いやすい。食器や洗濯洗剤、掃除ワイパーなど色々準備してある。お風呂が広くて気持ちいい。

Cons:

洗濯乾燥機を使ったら洗濯物が焼肉臭くなった。洗濯機の掃除をしておいてほしい。

入る小道がわかりづらい。紹介写真の最後にでも、分かりやすい写真かイラストでの地図を入れてほしい。

Pros:

Very modern and well equiped rooms close highway and 10 minutes drive to Nikko shrine complex. Local soba restaurant and retail store round the corner.

Très bon séjour, accès facile sans voiture
Pros:

Propre
Grand
Proche de la gare et du supermarché à pieds

Cons:

Pas de conciergerie pour laisser les bagages en journée. Il faut voir directement s'il reste de la place à la gare.

Pros:

It was absolutely fantastic! We traveled with our family, and the place was absolutely perfect. Plenty of dishes, towels, a convenient kitchen, and a cozy space for breakfast or dinner on the terrace. We didn't have to worry about anything. The location is convenient. The grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and 7eleven is literally a minute away. I would happily stay here again on my future travels!

Pros:

Clean apartment, two double beds, projector for tv with Netflix, private onsen bath. Convenient location with car. Basic cooking amenities. Washer/dryer. Good bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Room 103 was very dark, not much natural lighting. No option for early check in. There were a couple of steps/levels on the floor which could be hazardous, particularly given the lack of lighting.

Gute und moderne Ausstattung
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Wohnung für max. 8 Personen und waren nur zu zweit. (Es war jedenfalls bei Booking com keine andere Wohnung mehr frei) So hatten wir natürlich sehr viel Platz und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr. Das haben wir sehr genossen, auch die Badewanne (kein Onsen aber so ähnlich) und den Balkon. Es ist alles noch ganz neu, das ist natürlich auch schön und es war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung im modernen japanischen Stil ist sehr geschmackvoll - vielleicht nicht ganz so komfortabel. Nikko hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Es ist etwas abgelegen, war aber mit Auto kein Problem und dafür ist man in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur ab und zu fährt mal ein Zug auf dem nahen Bahngleis. Der Online Checkin mit Tablet hat uns nicht so gefallen, wir schätzen den direkten Kontakt zu Menschen.

Pros:

The bathroom was amazing with such a nice bath, big and good beds, beamer in the bedroom (although not very good quality), a lot of clean towels, a great laundry machine, and so much space! And this for around 100 euros per night!

Cons:

It was a 15 minute walk to the bus and the first restaurant. Not the end of the world, but not great either.
