Nice hotel
Pros:

Good location for us, beautiful views, big enough rooms (we had interconnecting rooms)

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work so it was very warm in the night

Wonderful
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic as was rhe view down to Exmouth. We came for the rugby and to celebrate meeting at college 53 years ago and my birthday. It was a beautiful place to say and we had parking on match day. Thank you

A great stay, an impressive hotel all round.
Pros:

Spotless, comfortable, well equipped room. Great breakfast and super helpful staff

Cons:

The View restaurant did t have enough/ any vegetarian options so we didn't dine there which was a shame because it would have been a lovely add on to our stay.

بشكل عام كانت تجربة الإقامة غير مرضية ولم تكن الخدمات بالمستوى المتوقع وأبرز الملاحظات كالاتي :
• عدم توفر خدمة كونسيرج لحمل الحقائب.
• موقع الفندق غير مناسب مع محدودية الخدمات القريبة ويبعد عن وسط المدينة حوالي 17 دقيقة.
• موقف السيارات مكشوف وبعيد نسبياً عن مدخل الفندق مما يجعله غير مريح.
• تعطل التكييف في إحدى الغرف وكانت الاستجابة غير مرضية حيث أُبلغنا بعدم توفر فني تكييف بسبب كون اليوم يوم السبت.
• الخلاصة: تجربة غير مرضية بشكل عام ولن أكرر الإقامة في الفندق مرة أخرى.
Overall, my stay was unsatisfactory, and the services did not meet my expectations. My main concerns were:
• No concierge service was available to assist with luggage.
• The hotel’s location is not ideal, with limited services nearby, and it is approximately 17 minutes from the city Centre.
• The car park is uncovered and relatively far from the hotel entrance, making it inconvenient.
• The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, and the response was unsatisfactory. We were informed that no air-conditioning technician was available because it was Saturday.
Overall: The experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not stay at this hotel again.
