Rooms were neat n tidy. Also cery spacious. Bathroom was fabulous

Great modern hotel
Pros:

Modern with air conditioning and spaces rooms. Also perfect location to avoid driving into city centre. Plus that it has EV charger.

Cons:

The bar on the top floor closed early .

Pros:

Perfect location for where I needed to be. My room was lovely and comfortable. Very need and tidy. My breakfast was really good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a lovely stay.

Everything was amazing

Cons:

Outside of the our room was staff only door which could hear constantly, and wanted to throw away our rubbish so wasnt in the room with us but no bins anywhere that I could spot to throw it away

Clean, attentive check in staff but thats about it.
Pros:

Cleanliness

Cons:

Air-conditioning in the breakfast area was not working throughout. No bottled water in the rooms. Limited in room dining. Instant coffee rather than Nespresso or similar. Very basic amenities for the star rating.

Bit more staff training in certain areas needed.
Pros:

It's been our go to Hotel for the last 3 years since our daughter has been at Uni. Location is great, breakfast is great.

Cons:

The receptionist that checked us in.

Pros:

The hotel was great, staff were exceptionaly friendly, were very knowledable about the local area, tourist spots etc. I'd certainly stay there again.

Cons:

My only very minor down point would be the location. The hotel is very close to the local rugby club's grounds and sports facilities which is not a criticism but it is a fair distance out from Exeter itself which means there are no shops, convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance.

Ok, but could have been better with a bit more attention to detail
Pros:

Air conditioning was good.
Staff were friendly and reception was efficient.
Blackout curtains were effective.
Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No notice about parking charges, nor did the staff mention it.
Breakfast was poor, not the best layout and flow, coffee machine blocking buffet counter, toaster was rubbish considering the number of diners. Towels hung up for reuse were changed every day regardless.
Not enough milk in the rooms, barely enough to make one cup of tea.
