是个很不错得酒店，自驾尤其推荐。
Pros:

酒店服务员比较热情，酒店设施比较新和现代，虽然不是豪华酒店，但是还是比较不错的。特别是8楼的餐厅，师傅非常用心，早餐非常美味。酒店离开市中心约10分钟车程，但是离高速公路很近，自驾车比较方便。停车位多。对自驾者而言非常友好。值得入住。

大部分服务员很好，个别服务员得服务水准需要提高。

Pros:

We attended the rugby and the proximity, free parking and overall experience was exceptional.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the breakfast could have been hotter, I appreciate this is not always possible with a Buffett style breakfast and certainly wouldn’t put me off staying again!

Excellent hotel with great service from the team, is close to a lot of what Devin has to offer.
Pros:

Modern, clean, great verity and quality breakfast, lovely views from restaurant and our room. Great service from staff.

Cons:

They forgot to put the surprise in our room for my daughter’s birthday! But made up for it doing it on the last day.

Cons:

We were in a room on the 7th floor and could hear lots of banging from the floor above where the restaurant was - I don’t know if they were moving chairs or tables around but it was reply noisy and disturbed our peace.
I thought the empty mini bar and free tea / coffee selection was incredibly poor for a 4 star hotel

Hotel is brilliant but the price would put it up in comparison to 5 star which it is not.

Cons:

Cost. Paid £250 for one night including breakfast. Very expensive. Drinks and food also very expensive within the hotel.

This is our second stay at the hotel. We like its location, very close to J30 of the M5 (but in no way impacted by road noise or traffic problems). It’s a very convenient overnight stop when breaking our journey to Cornwall.

Cons:

There’s nothing to dislike. It’s a clean, modern hotel with top notch facilities and very helpful, polite staff.

Overall our experience was excellent, we’d certainly stay here again. Views restaurant was magnificent.
Pros:

Its proximity to the M5 was a big plus making it easy to visit other parts of Devon. Exeter city centre was also an easy drive away.

Cons:

Reception staff member who dealt with us was pretty useless, wardrobe space was very limited and glass screen between bathroom and bedroom was not very appealing.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathrooms had frosted glass panels separating them from the bedroom. This made everybody nervous about using the toilet for fear of making shadow puppets on the glass.
