Zeer comfortabele tussenstop op weg naar Cornwall

Could not fault anything and cant wait to visit again
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the meal in the View restaurant was also very good.
Everywhere in the hotel was of a really good standard

Well appointed and organised chain hotel with good facilities and in a good location.
Pros:

Second stay at this hotel. Very easy to get to, just off the M5. Parking is free. Comfortable beds, generous breakfasts, quiet room. My partner is allergic to feather pillows, these were quickly changed on request. All staff friendly and approachable.

Cons:

There was a small fridge in the room, but this was not switched on, which would have been helpful given the weather.

Blissfully quiet on level 5. All reception staf exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Location very convenient. Plenty of parking. Complimentary parking a real bonus. (Hate add-ons.) Ease of book-in. Lovely shower, plenty of towels.

Nice hotel, plenty of parking (although limited disabled bays). Comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was continental and cooked style. Usual options available. I would not say it was the best but was generally well cooked. The room was a good size. The lifts to our floors were super quick so you did not have to wait too long.

Cons:

Air conditioning was difficult to adjust in our room. I found the room cold but could not heat the room up because the unit would not work properly.

Cons:

On the 7th floor . So restaurant above room . All you could hear is the moving of tables and chairs and kind of banging till around 12;45 ish ! And In morning before 10am cleaners trying to let them self in without knocking 1st to even see if anyone still in room !

It suited our needs for a quick trip down before moving elsewhere.
Pros:

We were pleased with the air conditioning at the hotel as it was important in that hot week 26/6 and the fridge in the room .
Hotel facilities good , parking,bars, restaurants.
Good location on outskirts for our trip.
Good buffet breakfast. Good entertainment in roof top bar. elsewhere.

Cons:

Smaller room than expected especially the bathroom for the price paid. More of an airport hotel room really.
The refreshment tray was very poor with very few milk sachets etc.

Excellent and comfortable,affordable and in a great location with great staff
Pros:

We had a lovely stay and the hotel was great and the staff were all super kind ,accommodating and helpful -would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family

Cons:

There was a party on one Friday night but I don’t know if it was in the hotel or not

Very poor experience.
Cons:

Reception never answers the calls. You have to go downstairs to communicate with anyone from the hotel. There is no water in the room. When you ask for water, they say you have to buy tiny cartoon water boxes from the shop. You can’t go and buy from elsewhere because the closest shop is 20 mins away. There is no room service. The cafe downstairs served me Caesar salad with raw chicken. Overall very poor experience.

Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Check in at the hotel takes too long. 35 minutes to check in is not acceptable. 1 person on the desk who was on a phone call for 20 mins at peak check in time.
