Good overnight stay - recommended
Pros:

Location and breakfast great - nice view from the restaurant. Comfy bed and good powerful shower.

The room and hotel generally was really clean and new.

I checked in at 6:30pm after a long drive and the room wasn’t quite ready!

Slightly underwhelming due to some poor communication and service
Pros:

Smart and clean, lovely rooms

Cons:

Could have done with a sign once you turn into Sandy Park. All you see when you approach is David Lloyd gym. It was dusk which didn’t help and the actual hotel was not to be seen and the direction sign was around the corner.

I love this place
Pros:

Huge comfortable bed, no noise could be heard from road and blackout blinds were amazing. Such a lovely place to stay. The staff are so polite and helpful..

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location close to the M5 motorway and with easy access to the city centre. All the staff, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The building is very modern and the hotel has excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Cons:

A swimming pool would be a welcome addition

Pros:

Heel net, modern, uitgebreid ontbijt, erg goede bedden en kussens.

Cons:

De glazen wand van de badkamer is wel mat, maar toch wat gênant bij toiletbezoek.

Happy staff, always warm and welcoming, great big bed, so comfortable, brilliant food.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, great value for money, loads to choose from. I always judge a breakfast on the quality of the sausages and they were excellent.

Cons:

Bigger plates needed.
