Pros:

The location is great for visiting the Dubai mall. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. Ms. Nermine welcomed us at the reception and throughout our stay followed up on us with the best service we could expect. The whole team is kind and welcoming.

Pros:

Near dubai mall

Cons:

Cleaning service really needed work, one day we left at 9
Am and when we returned at 4 the room was just being cleaned. The common areas had trash that was there for days. Only when we complained was this dealt with.

Expensive but central

Not a great deal to make it stand out, it did enough but not exceptional

Cons:

I was double charged on the room and had to complain to get my $2500 back Dispite the hotel being empty i was charges $80 to check in early...breakfast was strange you had to go a la carte if you wanted full english.. the induded fare was fine but expensive at $30. One of us was included on the room and the other i had to pay for? Drinks were eye wateringly expensive

لا اعتقد اكرر الاقامة مرة اخري بالفندق

الموقع قريب من دبي مول

الاثاث يحتاج تجديد
فوط الحمام تحتاج تغير بالكامل النوعية جدا مستهلكة
علي مدار 3 ايام الاقامة كل ما نرجع للغرفة الكهرباء الغرفة لا تعمل لازم عامل الصيانة يحضر ويشغل الكهرباء عن طريق DB اللي بالغرفة
للاسف فندق 5 نجوم لاتوجد قنوات كاس العالم لمتابعة المباريات
ضغط الماء للاستحمام ضعيف

Pros:

The spa services were fantastic. I had a massage with Cindy, and it was truly one of the best I received. The friend I was traveling with also had a massage that she really enjoyed.

We also love the location and its convenient location close to the Dubai Mall.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the concierge was not as good as the last time we stayed. We asked multiple memebers of the team at the concierge desk about booking brunch on Saturday and they seemed quite confused about the request and never really gave recommendations or helped us book.

Great property in an incredible location, balcony is a massive plus.
Pros:

The reception crew is incredible, Usama and Farah are exceptional, all staff members are wonderful.
Rooms are very comfy and have everything you need. The balcony is the best thing about the whole thing. Room service was also really nice.

Cons:

Lobby Temperature is very high, no proper cooling, was looking forward for a bar or nice outlet in the Hotel, Hush is very not Edition vibe, its not great at all. Why wouldn't an Edition room fridge and mini bar be stocked ?
