Départ de l’hôtel pour l’aéroport un peu chaotique car taxi difficile à trouver, mais le personnel a fini par être réactif.
Personnel de l’accueil à l’arrivée peu avenant pour un hôtel 5*.

Pros:

A very elegant and impressive hotel with an unbeatable location. It is extremely convenient and provides easy access to many of Dubai’s top attractions. The service is exceptional, with highly professional and helpful staff who truly make the stay memorable. I would definitely recommend it.
