Amazing room, with lovely modern extras, robes and spa like shower. We ate at one of their restaurants and enjoyed the roof top bar. A fantastic stay

Great stay, warm and friendly staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed the great southern hospitality of the friendly staff. We really appreciated the hotel providing a free shuttle from the airport, on request. We recommend this accomodation.

Clean, friendly and comfortable

The staff at the restaurant on the top floor were so friendly and helpful. The food which we order the shared platter was plentiful and delicious.

Adequate at a price
Pros:

Was clean warm and great location.
The lighting was good(however could only be dimmed from one side of the bed, the switches could be made to glow at night)
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The parking wasn't that good for what they value at $20 per night. Was comped the parking for 5 days but the one night I had a visitor I had to pay extra. On busy nights the car wasn't avaliable in the onsite parking valet had to park off site.
In the morning we could hear noise from plumbing above.
Suitcase storage/opening space could be better

Pros:

Our stay at The Langlands couldn't have been better. A perfect location to walk from train station and free airport shuttle to airport. Staff were wonderful and such great eating places on the ground floor - Brew'd has amazing food and coffee. We'll definitely stay there again.

Best hotel in Southland
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The upstairs bar was great. Check out took seconds.

Cons:

Car parking has gone up from $15 to $20 per night
