So schlimm dass ich vorzeitig auschecken musste…

Wir hatten uns bei der Buchung über den günstige Preis gewundert aber aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen dann doch dazu entschieden das Hotel für vier Nächte zu buchen.
Als wir angekommen sind hat es im Zimmer nach Urin gerochen und auch als wir ein anders Zimmer ausprobiert haben war der Geruch nicht besser. Die Nacht war so schrecklich weil sich die Luft und das Bett so dreckig angefühlt haben. Wir haben dann nach dieser Nacht das Hotel verlassen. Den ganzen Tag lang hat unsere Haut gejuckt und es war die bisher unangenehmste Erfahrung die ich in einem Hotel gemacht habe. Ich konnte keine speziellen Schmutzflecken im Zimmer ausmachen aber es hat sich einfach sehr schmutzig angefühlt. Beim auschecken haben wir gesehen, dass die Bettwäsche auf den Treppen und dem Treppenhaus gelagert werden.
Ich würde niemandem Empfehlen dieses Hotel zu besuchen.

Pros:

Nice location, close to marmaray metro and tram. Good for that price

Cons:

For AC you have to ask everyday at reception, so when you go to the room its hot inside, and you have to wait until AC start working. Water in shower drain slow. Only 1 power outlet between beds.

Pros:

Hotelul este ok și foarte bine poziționat, la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de metrou, tramvai și alte mijloace de transport ceea ce face deplasarea foarte usoara.
Curățenia este impecabilă, iar personalul de la recepție foarte amabil.
Micul dejun ar putea fi îmbunătățit ( acelasi lucru in fiecare zi si nici destule variante) dar ai totuși ce să mănânci.

Cons:

Au existat și câteva mici aspecte care m-au deranjat:
- Dușul este fix, curge doar de sus, ceea ce nu este mereu practic, mai ales pentru femei care nu se spală pe cap în fiecare zi. Ar fi mult mai util un duș cu furtun. - Aerul condiționat nu poate fi controlat din cameră. Pentru a-l porni sau opri trebuie să suni la recepție sau să cobori personal, ceea ce poate fi incomod. Chiar și cu aceste mici neplăceri, m-aș întoarce la acest hotel, pentru că are multe puncte forte și un raport calitate–preț foarte bun.

"La Sera" to return
Pros:

Quiet location close to metro and tram T1. Good and tasty breakfast. Professional and helpful team, even chief cook immediately helped with knife to cut locking strip on suitcase! Building with accommodations are quite fresh. Nice view from 5th level room.

Cons:

It is not very critical but some water always escaped from the shower cabin to basin surrounding due to one moving door is not enough tight having 2 rollers out of rails. Was able to improve to fix one upper roller but lower one needs tools for assembling. Best option would be to replace sealing tape on both edges of moving doors with a bit wider ones just to recommend.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great value for money! Staff very friendly, they are changing bed sheets and towels every day. Rooms are clean and nice look.

Cons:

Windows are not any sound proofing, closed or open are the same.
Will be nice to have in room a not disturb tag.
