Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Close to the people I am visiting and has has rooms with no stairs

Cons:

Every time I come it gets more expensive and not enough car spaces for the number of rooms

Pros:

Moved to 3 different rooms.
First on the card didn’t turn the lights on.
2nd room obviously had a smoking guest before I’d even staff smelt the smoke.
3rd room was I disabled room with double bed not Queen and the road noise was constant all night

Great price, great place to stay. 10 stars
Pros:

Every member of the staff in every area is helpful and gives great service. Clean, great restaurant and bar and just everything you need in one place.
Gluten free food options are really nice.

Nice clean rooms but the level of road noise is a deterrent for future stays.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Food available onsite.

Cons:

The traffic noise from the M5 is really loud, bring ear plugs. There was no hair dryer, they need to supply this with the amount of people mentioning it in reviews. Fire alarm being set off by someone smoking in the room at 2am, staff didn’t even bother to apologise or even mention it.
