Cons:

Ein absolutes Unding, dass es kein freies W-LAN gibt, sondern man sich erst auf der Webseite der Hotelkette registrieren muss. Datensammeln ist wohl wichtiger als zufriedene Kunden.

Good for short stay. Don't arrive before 15:00.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Just a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof and main shopping street. Room was very well furnished and included a fridge.

Cons:

Bkfst. exorbitantly expensive at EUR19 did not participate. Restaurant appears to be permanently closed. No explanation given. Arrived at 13:00 but was told to come back at 15:00 for check-in. The OFFICIAL check-in time.

Zimmer perfekt für die Geschäftsreise ausgestattet. Safe, Kühlschrank und Teekocher vorhanden.
Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption und Bar.
Ein Extra-Bonus ist das kostenlose City-Ticket für den ÖPNV für HRewards-Members.

Cons:

Wenn das Hotel wenig belegt ist, fällt das Frühstück sehr dürftig aus. Rührei war kalt und vertrocknet, wohl um 8:00 noch die Reste von 6:00? Obstsalat merkwürdig muffig. Das kenne ich hier eigentlich besser.

Good location , friendly staff keen to help and clean accommodation.
Pros:

The location was perfect in terms of shopping , transport and amenities. The hotel security system was good using your room key to access the hotel when coming back to the hotel late at night .

Cons:

I can’t say anything bad about the hotel .
