Nice hotel, location couldve been better
Pros:

Property was good, easy check in/out. We had a problem which was taken care of quickly. Nice room

Was like a homeless convention outside, day and night. Experienced some things id rather not remember

Fancy but useless
Pros:

Very good location, new, fancy but useless fancy style.

Cons:

When arriving, 3 staff were at the reception but i had to do the check-in online at a machine - while the staff was just looking.

Pillow - disaster.

Toilet / shower - with a translucid glass to the room. Sometimes you have to share the room with a colleague....

Pros:

Very good, central location, right across from the main train station. Staff were very helpful, self check-in is a great option. Room spacious and well-equipped (really appreciated the refrigerator!). Perfect for an overnight stay.

Cons:

No free WIFI, you have to register for the hotel's loyalty program to be able to connect to their network. A joke in 2026.

Ideal Dortmund Stay
Pros:

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a quality city hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant;within easy walking distance of Dortmund’s main attractions, the excellent shopping street, bars, cafes and restaurants. It is right by the station and airport bus. We were very satisfied with our stay and would happily return.

Preis-Leistung ok
Pros:

Gute Lage gegenüber Hauptbahnhof und Fußballmuseum am Rand der Fußgängerzone. Zimmer waren groß und sauber, Betten bequem. Frühstücksbuffet war ok, nichts besonderes. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, Ausweichparkhaus in der Nähe, gut da Parkplatz überschaubar ist und man nicht vorab einen Parkplatz reservieren kann.

Cons:

Eines unserer Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch als wir ankamen....Zugarettenrauch?
Badezimmer war separater Raum, allerdings mit Milchglasscheibe vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt, das hat zu Folge, dass das Schlafzimmer nachts mitbeleuchtet wird, wenn jemand zur Toilette geht. Durch die zentrale Lage war nachts einiges los vor dem Hotel, so dass das Fenster geschlossen werden musste.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe .
Pros:

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.sehr gut der Teppich vor dem Bett . Auch die Wasserflasche und die Möglichkeit sich einen Tee zu kochen .

Cons:

Der Dortmunder HBf ist im Umfeld von vielen Teils Obdachlosen Menschen und diversen Gruppen bevölkert, das macht mir ein Unbehagen besonders in den Abendstunden! Sehr schade !

sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, (meistens) keine Lärmbelästigung beim Frühstück durch Radio oder Tonkonserven, Tageslicht im Bad durch Glasscheibe zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich (u. U. störend)
