Établissement de grand confort , à proximité de l’aéroport et des sites d’intérêts de la ville. Staff très accueillant, et heureux de partager leurs conseils pour visiter la ville et ses alentours. Les chambres sont grandes, très bien agencées et équipées. Literie particulièrement confortable.

The hotel was very comfortable with friendly staff - in particular the door man who was great to chat to as we waited for cars.
We went over the road for a laundry service, which was very helpful extra while travelling from one location to another.
We enjoyed a walk around the mall opposite. Prices were nearly the same as the UK, so it was more window shopping while killing time.
The beds were the least comfortable (hard) in our 3 weeks of travel across Malaysia and the breakfast was poor by comparison and we'd had to pay for it separately. Overall the claims of the level of luxury at this location felt a bit over stated. We weren't there for Instagram hits of a shiny lobby area though.
After paying around 100 MYR for a few drinks and croissants in the in-house cafe, we went over the road to the other coffee shops for our next round.
This hotel surprised and delighted us. Lovely modern atmosphere in the public spaces and the restaurant was world class. Rooms were large and clean and well appointed and the staff all lovely

Good location (restaurants/supermarkets, shopping center just a few minutes' walk away), parking options, and a well-equipped, clean, and nicely furnished room with very comfortable beds. We were very pleased with our room (and I especially loved the huge bathroom).I would definitely book here again if I came back.
The breakfast was a disappointment. It consisted of a combination of an à la carte and a buffet. The selection for the à la carte was very limited (one could choose only a single dish, which, moreover, did not taste particularly good). The buffet was even more disappointing, offering only a meager selection of jams, bread, muesli, and a little salad (along with perhaps apples and bananas). Given the hotel's category and the price of the breakfast—especially when compared to other hotels in the same category—we felt the breakfast was a significant weak point of the Luma Hotel; there is room for improvement here...
