With some attention to the ventilation system, the experience would have been even better.
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at The Luma Hotel. The hotel is true to the pictures, and the rooms and facilities looked exactly as advertised. The overall cleanliness, comfort, and service were great, and we enjoyed our time here.

Cons:

The only downside was the air ventilation in the room. We are not sure if it was due to the air-conditioning system or the air filters, but most of our group developed sore throats and flu-like symptoms during our stay. The aircon makes our throat dry. This may be an area that the hotel could look into and improve.

Officially my go-to hotel! Everytime I come to KK, its the hotel I always book for a few years now!
Pros:

I love the location! The paid parking RIGHT infront of the hotel, the VERY helpful staff! The aesthetic of the room! The STRONG shower pressure and amenities provided

Incredibly aesthetic, but can tick more boxes to be perfect.
Pros:

Super aesthetic space. Perfect for those who likes the out-of-the-usual hotel rooms and spaces. Perfectly and generously designed (except for the lifts lol). Nice location, above convenience shops and restaurants and cafes and quite a walkable distance to KK Times Square and Imago Mall.

Cons:

The gym could have better machines and heavier weights. There's enough space for it.
The walls are quite thin, and i can hear my next door neighbours knocking and some conversations, and also footsteps outside my door.
There's the ocassional planes flying over the hotel which can clearly hear, but was not too bothering.
Wish the TV is a smart TV (for the price and modernity), it only has the basic channels most of which are not watchable.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Location is great, lot of convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. Room is comfortable and clean overall.

Cons:

Check-in process was a bit messy and we have to pay for overnight parking.

I book for breakfast and the front desk dint inform me which floor it is, i have to ask.

Front desk staff don’t look friendly and welcoming.

I love the scent used throughout this hotel. I
t smells so pleasant and comforting. The room was very clean and tidy, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also love the hotel's color combination; it creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. The lobby is beautiful and well-designed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

침대가 매우 커서 좋았음. 위치도 이마고몰 앞이라 가까워 좋았다.

Cons:

장판 바닥이라 위생에 좋고 편하긴 하지만 고급스러운 느낌은 없음, 동그란 소파가 불편해서 방 안에서 앉을 곳이 없었다.
