Cons:

The smell of the room upon my arrival. Smelled like piss. They say it's because they use organic bathroom cleaner. It smells like piss. They should change it.

The bedsheet was ripped.

Pros:

Everything is super at go hotel, the staff is always very helpful and friendly, the bed is super relaxing and the rooms are big, we will keep on coming back because the location is perfect just next to Robinson mall.

Cons:

Only remark I have is that it would be nice if they upgrade the tv, they are small for the size of the room and not smart. That’s the only little remark, everything else is perfect here

Pros:

Had a conference in this place so we stayed here as well. The room was fairly reasonable. Clean. But small. The aircon was good. My only issue was the toilet. I really do not like the fact that it was an open toilet concept as it does not offer privacy. And the shower area did not have any hooks to hook your clothes. This needs a little bit of thought put in when designing.

The location of the place was good though. It was right next to the mall which made it very convenient.

Breakfast was included in our hotel booking. You order a dish from the menu as part of the breakfast (not a buffet breakfast) which I thought was sufficient. You also had a choice of coffee/tea/orange juice. The food was ok.

It is in the middle of the city and very accessible.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we experienced difficulty sleeping due to the brightness coming through the room blinds. As someone who works night shifts while traveling, it is essential for us to rest during the daytime. However, the blinds did not effectively block out the sunlight, making it very challenging to get proper sleep. Additionally, it is the only hotel we ever stayed in that never used blackout blinds. We raised it to the reception twice however we didn’t get any actions from them.

Easy access to the mall and the hotel is definitely worth the money!
Pros:

The front desk staff is always amazing and easy to work with.

Cons:

The doors 🚪 continue to slam in all hours of the night and early in the morning. There has to be a way to put padding inside the frames to prevent that. Additionally, we requested for our room to be made one time out of 4 nights and no one showed up during the 3 hours that we were out.

Comfortable hotel, pleasant staff but poor customer service

The hotel is ok for its class

Cons:

The inability of staff to make decisions that would have resolved my complaints rather than blaming policy
Kettle and cups but no teaspoon? When I requested the front desk to get me one they would not. I had to go down and borrow from a reluctant restaurant staff.
Only 2 towels per room ?? No issue with policy to save on laundry but a request for an extra towel should not cost anything. ! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in all classes. This is the first time I was asked to pay. Staff just gave false apology but would not challenge Bad policy. Bad customer service.
Maintenance issues in bathrooms. Loose fittings, inconsistent water temperature, sink plug not working, etc
