Perfecta ubicación y excelente desayuno

Excelente ubicación para recorrer la ciudad a pie. Habitación cómoda, amplia, con hervidor y nevera.

Ideal für eine Nacht in Matera

Die Lage ist top. Gleich bei der Altstadt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist etwas mager und die Dachterrasse nicht so schön, wie abgebildet.

L’hôtel allie parfaitement élégance, raffinement et confort. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le charme des lieux, la qualité des prestations et l’atmosphère particulièrement classe qui s’en dégage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement entretenues et offrent tout le confort attendu d’un établissement de ce niveau.

L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Matera à pied, tout en profitant d’un cadre calme et privilégié.

Une mention spéciale à l’équipe, dont l’accueil a été irréprochable. La personne à la réception a été d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour nous conseiller avec professionnalisme et sourire. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié Roberta au petit-déjeuner, une personne particulièrement charmante, attentionnée et chaleureuse, qui contribue à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et servi avec beaucoup d’attention. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que les clients se sentent véritablement privilégiés.

Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Matera.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado praticamente ao lado da praça central da cidade. O estacionamento indicado pelo hotel foi bem conveniente e seguro e fica a uns 200m de distância. O hotel é moderno. O quarto muito bom e espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. Cama confortável, armários, mesa de trabalho. Enfim, quarto muito bem equipado. Atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo desde a recepção, no rooftop, e no café da manhã. Café da manhã excelente.
