Located beside the palace and overlooking lake Pichola, the location would be better. Our room had a view over the lake which was amazing. Even at night, the view was great as the moon reflected on the lake.
Not an issue for us but there is no lift and the roads are hilly.

The drains in the toilet smell of the sewage from other rooms and the chemicals poured down the drain. Disgusting smell and it gave me a headache. Grumpy reception team not welcoming or friendly on arrival; I got told for having walked to the hotel and was punished by having my welcome drink taken away (I thought it was a joke but it wasn’t). I was then put in a room that drank of sewage. After being ignored for 15 minutes in the breakfast room, when I was one of only two customers, my pancake was both cold and raw in the middle, so not edible.

Se agradece el servicio de recogidas desde el parking para llegar y dejar el hotel. Aunque es de difícil acceso se agradece la localización más privada. Repetiríamos.

Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a beautiful location with breathtaking mountain views, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Every detail reflected great hospitality and care for guests. We had an amazing experience as a couple and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable mountain getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

The location, service and rooftop patio are superb. Stunning views and ambiance. Breakfast was fine, the food was decent but nothing to write home about.
The food at breakfast was a bit bland and simple. Would also appreciate some umbrellas or sun covering on the rooftop patio so we could sit comfortably as there is no escape from it on the patio during the morning/daytime.

Everything was really very good. Love the way they welcomed us with love and gratitude. The vibe is full of love, peace and happiness. Must go with your family or your spouse. Staff is also very good and polite and friendly.
