Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Preis angemessen.

Cons:

Zimmer relativ klein, vielleicht durch die zentrale Lage erklärt. Klimaanlage stand auf 20 Grad bei unserem Eintreffen - das ist nicht mehr zeitgerecht!!! Bei 32 Grad draußen sind 23 Grad angenehm und wer es drunter möchte, kann sehr einfach nachregulieren. Hier ist Änderungsbedarf!

Freundlich, lecker, hübsch
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Dekoration ist ansprechend und die Terrasse war nett.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die mitarbeitenden mega freundlich

Cons:

Bei booking.com war angegeben, dass man im Hotel Fahrräder leihen kann -> das war leider nicht der Fall… wir hatten das fest eingeplant ;-(
Schade, dass man auf der Terrasse nicht rauchen darf

Das Personal war supernett, das hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Unser Parkschein zur Rabattierung der Parkkosten in der Tiefgarage Kröpke konnte nicht eingelöst werden. Das hat nicht funktioniert.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft konnten wir wählen ob wir ein Zimmer nach vorne oder hinten heraus haben wollten.

Cons:

Eine Flasche Wasser hätte ich gern auf dem Zimmer gehabt. Auf einem Flyer stand, dass es eine Flasche pro Aufenthalt gibt.
