Central location but bad breakfast
Pros:

Close to Hauptbahnhof. Room was quiet with good space.

Cons:

The breakfast was in the lobby which meant bad seating alternatives and crowded at the buffet. We didn't find scrambled eggs or bacon. We would have appreciated iron, conditioner and lotion in the room.

Wo bitte ist denn hier der Balkon?

Die großen Fenster; die schöne Aussicht&Lage;

Cons:

Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Balkon bucht, erwartet man auch einen. So einen, auf den man mit einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Dieser 'Tritt' verfügte nicht eimmal über Sitzmöbel...Und im Doppelzimmer gab es auch nur einen (!) Stuhl.

Die kulinarische Frühstücksofferte war etwas sehr beengt und dann wurde einem noch dreist der letzte Tisch geklaut! (Fühlte sich ein wenig wie die Handtuchstories aus Malle an, bloß, dass in diesem Fall das Handtuch völlig ignoriert wurde...).

Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Hannover-Erkundungen - und bestens für Bahnreisende geeignet!
Pros:

Ideal gelegen am Opernplatz, nur einen Spaziergang vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt; sowohl zu Fuß als auch per ÖPNV können viele attraktive Orte erreicht werden. Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gewohnt vielfältig und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Toll auch der zweite Kaffeeautomat, aus dem die Gäste auf Wunsch Cappuccino mit Hafermilch(schaum) beziehen konnten.
