Pros:

Staff great. Food good. Lots of space in the room.

Cons:

Lack of facilities in the room such as range of tea bags and kitchen roll. Also roomed tired with stains on sofa and tape on bathroom floor.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt um Edinburgh zu erkunden. Tolles Zimmerkonzept, alles da was es braucht. Die Lounge für die Hotelgäste ist sehr cool. Frühstück perfekt.

Cons:

Tolle Küchenzeile - die aber mangels Küchenausstattung nicht genutzt werden kann. Es gab nicht einmal einen Lappen oder ein Geschirrtuch.

Pros:

Un concepto muy divertido en una muy buena ubicación a pocos metros de todos los sitios turísticos del casco histórico.El personal muy amable en todo momento.

Cons:

El alojamiento estaba correcto pero si tienes problemas de movilidad advertir aunque en la descripción figura ascensor, no tiene ascensor hasta la planta primera. En nuestro caso lo fue un problema. Otra cosa, aunque cambian toallas lo hacen la habitación, mala costumbre de algunos hoteles europeos. Por el precio que cobran debería estar incluida.

Super einfacher Check-in und sehr nette Begrüssung. Tolle Suite (Lightspeed / 208) mit cooler Einrichtung im Maisonette Stil. Bequemes Bett. Sehr zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Cooler Aufenthaltsraum im OG1 mit Wasser, Kaffee und Süssigkeiten.

Cons:

Lautes Zimmer (Brummgeräusch ab 23 Uhr) - schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich. Bett nicht sehr gross. Hatten einen Tisch zum Abendessen reserviert und Wünsche bei Ankunft nochmals bestätigt erhalten. Bei Ankunft im Restaurant war der Tisch nicht verfügbar und es benötigte Intervention, um diesen zu bekommen. Aufgrund des Fringe Festivals war die Terrasse wohl geöffnet, die Bar jedoch nicht. Hotelgäste mussten im Freien mit dem Getränk aus der Bar im EG um das Hotel herumgehen, um auf der Terrasse etwas trinken zu können. Personal unterschiedlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kapseln für den Gratis-Kaffee waren im Aufenthaltsraum während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht verfügbar.

Bar and food were good.

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean, visible dust on back of bed, sofa,skirtings.
Stain on sofa and fabric ripped at the sides.
Plaster missing from area at toilet door grout also missing from bathroom tiles.
Floor area around the bed upstairs feels soft in areas, feels like the carpet is the only thing stopping you from going through.
Walls just grubby in general.
Also ventilation system runs 24/7 that produces a constant drone in the room.
This was the room 210 Barnard castle eye test.
I understand the flooring issue couldn’t be resolved when we were staying at the hotel this was more to bring to their attention.
The floor issue, cleanliness issues and noise were spoken about with 2 members of the team,l.
Ear plugs got provided after we asked.
The hotel said they would contact me through email and they did on the Monday to offer me a 25% refund on the room.
I emailed back and nearly a week later I still haven’t had a response or a refund.
I could understand if this was a £200 a night hotel room but we paid £450 for one nights stay for that sort of money you atleast expect the room to be clean.

Absolutely fantastic, loved the place!
Pros:

We loved the room over 2 floors, fantastic! Great theme, very comfortable, plenty refreshments on offer. Your staff were so friendly, and helpful. We had a meal, drinks and the following morning a great breakfast, brilliant atmosphere, I was wishing we had booked in for longer. Thank you.

We will definitely book a return stay with Brewdog Doghouse in Edinburgh and bring our fur baby!
Pros:

The service was wonderful with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. We loved the ambience and comfort of our room and common space to relax between sightseeing adventures. The added convenience of leaving our bags with the staff for safe storage after checkout before we departed by train gave us additional opportunities to explore Edinburgh before returning home.

Pros:

La chambre appartement est formidable. Le système d'éclairage est super : lumière automatique sous le lit lorsque l'on se lève ou encore lorsque l'on rentre dans la salle de bain. Lumière pour descendre les escaliers. La décoration bière brewdog est géniale. La literie parfaite surtout après des journées bien complètes.

Cons:

Le seul bémol est le canapé qui n'est absolument pas confortable pour nous.
