Pros:

The location was excellent and ideally situated for our needs, particularly its proximity to the train station.

Unfortunately, the lift was out of order for the duration of our stay, which meant climbing five flights of stairs each time we returned to the hotel. The stairwell was not particularly pleasant and felt quite intimidating late at night.

To be fair, the staff were very helpful and did try to find us alternative accommodation because of the lift issue. However, as being close to the train station was our main priority, none of the alternative options were suitable due to their distance.

As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel agreed to provide a 20% reduction to compensate for the inconvenience. At the time of writing, this refund has not yet been received.

Cons:

The stairwell was not particularly pleasant and felt quite intimidating late at night.

Paid for a Room That Was Already Occupied

I booked and paid for one night for two people through Booking.com on July 3. When we arrived, we had to enter the hotel using an access code they sent via WhatsApp. They do not answer phone calls and only communicate through WhatsApp.

When we entered our room, we found that it was already occupied by other people. This was completely unacceptable and very disturbing.

It has now been 10 days, and I still have not received my refund. I strongly believe this business is not trustworthy. Be very careful before booking here. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
