Bitte um 50,--€ Kostenerstattung für meinen Ärger und für den Zeitaufwand. Preis / Leistung minus.

1ne Fenster Jalousie, Stoff eingerissen, nicht zu benutzen.
2. Jalousie teils eingerissen verwendbar.
Aufhängung der Dusche nicht verwendbar.
Kleines Regal, in der Dusche wackelte.

WI-Fi und Internet funktionierte nicht, kein Kabelanschluss beim TV.
Langwierige Kontakt nur über WhatsApp, hat zu keiner Lösung des Problems geführt.
Sehr Verärgert.
Fenster konnte im Badezimmer nicht verwendet werden.

Nicht zu meckern guter Preis
Pros:

Sofortiger Kontakt beim check in und hilfe beim formular ausfüllen. Auch als ich den Fernseher nicht Bedienen konnte.schnelle hilfe da mein Türschloss defekt war solle ich das Zimmer wechsel obwohl ich scho geduscht und eingerichtet war. Die Ac , unterm Dach es war sehr warm.

Cons:

Fernseher nur Netflix und andere apps.
Die Verdunkelung müßte mal repariert werden.

Overall it was a wonderful place to stay,clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is the best walking distance to the Vienna Central Station. Many restaurants and fastfoods around the area. The room was clean and quiet so we really had good rest while staying.

Cons:

There's no microwave for atleast reheating of foods.There is small refrigerator but not working.

Im Zimmer in der Clo war dreckig - jemand hat Scheiße gelassen . Am Abend haben wir verstanden, dass die ganze Zeit unsere Zimmer war offen . Türsicherheitscode funktioniert nicht. Die ganze Nacht haben wir mit offene Tür geschlafen, weil niemand uns geholfen hat . Das war schrecklich

Someone opened my room door in the deep night, found me still awake, then closed the door. do you really change the door code each day? how come a stranger can open my door with the right entry code?

A kettle away from pretty superb. But very good nonetheless. And super handy.
Pros:

The location is great for an early morning trudge to the train station. Under 10 mins. The room was great. Big enough for one person, maybe two. Good big bathroom, too. Aircon worked great. Comfy bed.

Cons:

It's a kettle and a couple of sachets of coffee away from being superb, really. From the reviews, I was expecting the worst. But once you're inside the dodgy building (it's a big old apartment block, multi use) entrance, which isn't luxury by any means, the rooms are great. And good communication. I advise using WhatsApp. I had no issues. Would book again.
